I was very disappointed with the food experience here. In my opinion, the dishes didn’t quite reflect the authentic Italian quality and flavor that the restaurant advertises.

I visited Mavis Pasta after a long time, and unfortunately it didn’t live up to my memories. It used to be amazing from start to finish, but now I couldn’t find anything that stood out as truly good. The staff never checked in to see if everything was okay, and the service felt indifferent. The salad was the highlight of the meal, but the pasta was disappointing—bland, watery, and lacking the rich, creamy texture I remembered. On the positive side, the restaurant is BYOB, and the interior is cute and cozy. Overall, it was a letdown compared to what it used to be.

I’ve been coming here for a year now and I keep forgetting to post a review! This is one of my favorite places at Fort Lee. At first I thought it’ll be a basic pasta place…was I wrong!! I swear they put something in their food that makes me coming back for more. I got the truffle cream pasta and D2, cutlet with shrimp and pasta. Absolutely delicious. Think of your traditional pasta but remixed. I don’t know how to explain it but all the flavors are there and hits every note. I always get their jujubee date tea or their lychee sparkling drink. Tastes exactly like those lychee jellies you grow up with. Nostalgia in a cup. I love this place so bad. If their truffle pasta goes this hard, I need to have them make a truffle mushroom pizza NOWWWW. SO MAVIS MAKE THAT TRUFFLE MUSHROOM PIZZA!!! I’m trying to SEE something!!!

This place is one of my go-to spots. I usually order the kimchi bulgogi pizza and truffle mushroom cream pasta, which are both solid. This time I tried the pesto pollo pizza and the real crab meat cream pasta. The pasta was good as usual — creamy and flavorful, no complaints there. The pizza crust is infused with beet, but honestly I couldn’t really taste a difference. The pesto pollo pizza was decent, but I still prefer the bulgogi pizza more. Overall, it’s a reliable spot if you’re craving Korean-style pizza and creamy pasta.

While the food was fine, the service left a lot to be desired.Just be aware that there's a 3% service fee added for using a credit card, which I didn't expect. That alone would make me think twice about coming back.

Casual pizza + pasta spot with creative twists and solid flavors. Reviewers consistently enjoy the pizza and pasta quality, noting flavorful doughs, fresh ingredients, and unique combinations like kimchi bulgogi pizza or spicy rose pasta. The Jersey tomato pizza and truffle mushroom cream pasta are often singled out as crowd-pleasers.

The vibe is relaxed and cozy — a café-meets-bistro that’s good for casual dinners or a fun lunch. Some people mention cute interior and outdoor seating, which makes it nice for sitting and enjoying the meal.

Service generally gets positive remarks for being attentive, though a few guests note that value is middling for the price point and parking can be tight.

Perfect fusion of Korean and Italian flavors! I tried the Hell Fire pizza and the spicy rosé shrimp pasta, and both were absolutely delicious. The pizza was generously loaded with fries and the pasta had a great kick of spice that really stood out. The space is small but it’s quiet and comfortable enough to enjoy your meal.

Cute! Solid 4 star restaurant with good food. Only complaints are that the salad could have used more protein and that we couldn’t customize any of the orders - for example subbing something out or making the omelette egg white only.

Liked that the pizzas were so thin, I finished an entire pie by myself. 😂 other than that, cute ambiance and our server was very patient with us!

My parents said the desserts here are really good, but we were so stuffed that we didn’t get to try. Next time we will!

I've only ever gotten this brunch dish, so i have yet to try their pasta/pizza! Nothing special about this brunch dish though, the hotdog was kinda dry 😅 Hoping their pasta is better ! 🤞

EDIT: Got their pasta/pizza and it was delicious! Definitely known for their pizza/pasta, so I'd recommend that!
