Terrible experience and environment!! Walked in at 10pm and the manager was yelling at some of the employees in Spanish nonstop instead of taking care of any customers. Horrible customer service!! Will never ever return. Turned around after 5 minutes and walked out. I speak Spanish which makes it worse.

Come get the crispy arch hot delicious fries Ali’s try those get u two apple or strawberry flavored it up too u I prefer both sometimes the ice cream don’t work so I get a soft just right cookie too sweeten the day if u need me golden arch is where u will find me😘🤣

If they tell you to pull around front for drive through REFUSE! We were asked to pull around front while they made a single iced vanilla latte and 10 min later were still waiting out front. I went inside and asked about it and it wasn't ready, but the cashier was able to put it together in 30 seconds...

I was there at 8:47 pm July 10. Finished ordering in 2 mins 8:49 pm. I ordered bacon quarter pounder and small iced mocha. This is the slowest mcdonalds. Staff is clueless about everything. They pretend they don't hear you whenever you ask for help. I understand you guys are busy with too many orders. But I think you should not ignore people trying to follow up their orders especially if it's been more than 20 minutes for only 2 easy items. They finished my order for 26 mins to be exact. Also they tried giving me the wrong order just because they're too lazy to put whip cream on the iced mocha. They have been giving me iced mocha with whip cream without me telling them so that's why I thought it always come with it. They all told me it doest come with it. Instead of just making it right to customer rather than making it seem it's my fault. They replaced it but with a mocha frappe I told them already I didn't order frappe. These kids need to be trained. The only crew who provided good customer service is the tall guy at the front. He can actually keep up with the phase. The lady manager in blue who dictates orders has a sense of urgency tho. The problem is the young kids who dont wanna take their jobs seriously. By the way u skipped on mayo way too much.

they keep raising their prices. they dont fill the fries up no matter what size you get. the buy one get one for a dollar is a scam, it costs 4.50 for one double cheeseburger now so when all is said and done youre still paying 3 dollars each when you get 2

If you order on the app 30-45 minutes before their closing time, they refuse to give you your food, even if you go through the drive-through at the time that is supposed to be open as well. Therefore, McDonald’s is basically just taking your money since it won’t let you cancel the order most of the time. This has happened to me twice, as well as the 10+ other people also there who we observed could not pick up their food either.

Made us wait at the drive up parking space for McMorning for 20min+. They would ask you to move forward and never come out unless you honk after 20min. Comes out with wrong order and my husband had to walk in to pick up food. What is the purpose of drive up?
I been to so many McDonald's across NY, NJ and other cities, and I can honestly say without fail this is THE worst McDonald's ever. Not only does the staff continously get the simplest orders wrong, not only are they often rude- how on EARTH is a McDonald's closed on a Saturday night @ 1130 pm?? In 2024? In Fort Lee-next to the GW Bridge...the most traveled bridge in North America. Google says they're open btw

Can we ask for more from the fast food restaurant? Probably not! The chicken patties in the "Big chicken Mac" were real dry! Fries were skinny and salty. Ice tea is ice tea, nothing exciting about it!

Check your drive thru orders!!! This place is NOTORIOUS for getting the orders wrong, more often than not. Also you should train your staff to not hand items through the window with “here!” It’s not polite. If it wasn’t for the location, this store would have failed years ago.
