Came to MD noodle house for lunch with my family and had a fantastic experience!! The MD kalguksu was amazing— tasted exactly how I had it when I was in Korea. Our waitress, Amy, was phenomenal as well!
I just realized I’ve never reviewed Myung Dong Noodle House, even though I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. That’s probably because every time I visit, I’m completely engrossed in how great the food is.
Don’t be fooled by the name “Noodle House” — there is so much more here than just noodles. From comforting tofu soup and traditional Korean soups to an excellent variety of classic dishes, the menu offers something for every craving.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are eager to please. Free parking in the back; can be tricky to get into but once in it's fine. Can get busy quicky but it's an indicator on how good the food is. Hughly popular; it's easy to see why once the food arrives at the table. In our humble opinion, the scallion pancakes and mandu (dumplings) were the best things on the menu. Food portions are large - you will not leave hungry.
