I’d give these Korean braised beef ribs a 10/10! The beef tastes rich and flavorful, coated in a beautiful red sauce with perfectly complementary vegetables and garnishes. The generous portion makes it even more appealing, and paired with white rice and Korean side dishes, it was an incredibly satisfying meal. A beautiful, hearty dish that tastes absolutely delicious!
I’m usually understanding to people in service business because it’s hard to support yourself in New York. But the service in this restaurant is horrible. The main dish doesn’t come after 30-40 minutes until we almost finish our main and rice. We had to ask for the dish and it came immediately, with the waiter saying “It takes time”. The restaurant is very clean and has a bright, pleasant atmosphere, making the dining experience super comfortable. The seafood and whole grain rice meal was perfectly hearty and savory, and the seafood knife-cut noodles had a wonderfully chewy texture with a deep, comforting broth. Excellent hygiene, clean vibe, and amazing food—highly recommend this spot in Fort Lee!
