Obaltan was such a great find for my first visit, and it's absolutely worth the trip out to Fort Lee. The clam special was the highlight of the meal. It comes out sizzling in a garlicky, buttery broth that's rich but not heavy, and by the end you're spooning the leftover broth over rice because it's too good to leave behind. If it's available when you go, you have to order it. Honestly anything clams is great, especially the sujebi.

Food was amazing! We ordered the 12 piece scallop on shell and cheese buldak! As for drinks, the somaek combo. The food was reasonably priced but the Somaek combo is fair too but the Soju alone is price the same with other Korean restaurants in the area ($14.99 per bottle). Overall, we have a great time and service was on top of everything! Would definitely recommend and return soon with more friends!

This place is the best! Good food, good quality meat, good drinks, and theyre open late. Nothing hits like a beef combo from here after a late night screen golf session! 100% Recommend!
