Ordered beef and chicken empanada, and a toasted everything bagel with egg salad. Took more than 10 minutes for them to serve the order. Bagel was no longer hot. Empanadas very over cooked and dark brown.

The bagels here were clearly not fresh — they tasted old and stale. Our family couldn’t get through more than one bite before throwing them away. If you’re expecting freshly made bagels, this place is not worth your time.

I’ve gave this place a chance more than several times due to its convenient location. They are repeatedly incredibly sluggish in preparing simple bagels with smear. The purpose of a bagel shop is to be in and out, not wait 20 minutes standing there while the order is not even being worked on and receive a cold toasted bagel. This place will not be receiving any more business and I will be sure to let people know to go elsewhere.

Always made the way I ask for them make and arrives in perfect packaging and temperature. I'm from NYC and very picky about bagels, hands down, this is the best place.
