As a disclaimer, I've only been here one time, however, this one experience was enough to ensure there won't be a repeat.For starters, they had a poor selection of pastries, which were all mislabeled anyway.The one worker they had is too busy on the phone handling her personal business to help multiple customers waiting at the register for several minutes.In fact, upon seeing the waiting customers, this employee not only continued her phone conversation, she moved to the back room where she'd be spared the inconvenience of looking at us.Let me be clear, I understand that things take time, especially when one is working alone. My issue is not with slow service or busy employees. That is perfectly understandable. Ignoring and actively avoiding waiting customers in favor of your personal business is not.I'm unsure if this is strictly an employee issue, or symptoms of a deeper business philosophy.Regardless, behaving this way is particularly dangerous when you have the much more customer-friendly D4 Boutique Cafe right across the street. I highly recommend you follow my example and patronize their kinder, cuter, and cleaner establishment instead.

Mochi donut and cakes are great but I don't done in, even before the pandemic. It seems to always smell of chemical cleaners. Good place to pickup and go.

The signage and online listing does not match their actual opening time, as they apparently open 8:30, at least for Sundays; can update review once this google listing is updated accordingly.The actual bakery items are delicious and have been for a very long time!

During this pandemic, I know how difficult it is for many businesses and have tried my best to help out local owned stores these past few months. However, the experience I had today was too terrible to keep silent. I came into the shop around 8:50am. I was looking around for items and noticed that the cashier was in the back room looking at her phone with her mask down. I take my time to choose my items and come to the register. She comes out to ring me up but never put her mask on OR gloves. I asked her politely, "no mask?" She didn't even look at me and pointed to the mask on her chin and said "I have one." I was so shocked and disgusted that your employee was not following health and safety protocols instructed both by Fort Lee and the State. Her attitude was terrible. I also saw her "sanitizing" after she finished bagging my items. She only used hand sanitizer on 3 of her finger tips. JUST THE TIPS. This was the most horrendous and disgusting experience I have seen during the pandemic at a shop that makes its business on FOOD. Management needs to address this IMMEDIATELY and follow up with me. I absolutely cannot let this go. I will also be contacting appropriate officials that regulate Covid guidelines in Fort Lee. This is completely unacceptable for a business to allow employees like this serve the public.
I just have to say my job surprised me with the most delicious chocolate birthday cake from this bakery!! We loved every bite!! It was decorated beautifully with fresh strawberries and chocolate squares...even the box was classy !!!

I often walk out of the library and buy a coffee here when I need something to wake me up from work. The coffee has a variety of cheap tea at $1.5 and a coffee from $1.75 to $2.75. I tried some pastries but i do not eat a lot of sweet things so i cannot comment about them. The tea is good with very hot water. Coffee is ok. The atmosphere of the shop is friendly with families and friend groups. It does not have plugs and wifi.
