Went Saturday early evening. It was busy but we were greeted by the owners and sat down outside immed. Could not have been better - we ordered two pizza (napoli and amalfi) and garlic knots, which were all fantastic. Cindy brought out a slice of spicy vodka pizza for us to try. It was the right balance of spicy. We had a tartuffo with whipped cream dessert. Highly recommend this gem. We'll be back.

Absolutely loved this place! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly with a delicious crispy crust and quality toppings. I also had the pasta, and it was amazing—rich, perfectly seasoned, and easily one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. If you’re looking for great pizza and incredible pasta, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

Three of us went to dinner there last night. It's a neighbor restaurant, very casual. There is plenty of parking and it's a byob, two big pluses.
thwe dining room is on the second floor, so there is a flight of stairs. When you get there, it's a mioderate size dinisg room with plenty of lbow room, nicely appointed.

Jerry, our server, brought us some glasses with ice and wine glasses for our adult cocktails, along with some bread, butter and iced water.

We sat and chilled a bit (no rushing) the we orderd. We stared with a house salad, it was huge, easily sharable. For dinner we had thwe chicken scarpariello, chicken pizzaiola and the chicken piccata. All the entrtes were delicios and very pletiful. I'm having my chicken scarpariello for lunch today.

Sevices was execellent betewwn Jerry, our server, and Cindy, the owner, checking to make sure all went well..

It's our first time at Pomodoros, but we'll definatly be returning.

Thank you Cindy, it was apleasure meeing you

This place needs Management . Food is good but the service is horrible. When you seat outside, the server (the young guy with the glasses) is completely lost, people wait a long time for basic things, this guy definitely don’t know what he is doing. It hurt the business. It’s not his fault alone, he needs guidance. When we consider coming here we debate if we have the patience to deal with the service… that’s how bad it is…
Place has potencial, has the location, but it needs a manager.

They made me a sicilian pie that blew me away tonight the crust was more like a beautiful pastry than a pizza. It was like artwork, I almost felt bad eating it. Best pizza place in my area and it isnt particularly close.

Had a great experience with Pomodoro Pizza & Italian Restaurant. This place is a true Fort Lee classic and has that old-school neighborhood pizzeria charm that’s getting harder and harder to find. The moment you walk in, you can tell there’s history here. The place has style, character, and an iconic feel that makes it stand out from the crowd.

I had a pepperoni slice, and one of the first things I noticed was the size. The slices are huge! The pizza came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor, with a great balance of crispy crust, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.

The staff are welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. The owner is an absolute gentleman and was a pleasure to speak with, which made the experience even better.

Places like this are becoming rare. Great pizza, great people, and a timeless atmosphere that keeps customers coming back year after year.

If you're looking for a classic slice spot with personality, history, and consistently good food, Pomodoro is definitely worth checking out

Excellent pizza AND service. We order from here all the time and our favorites are the Thin Crust Nonna and Spicy Vodka Nonna (square pies). I hadn't heard of the Vodka one but the the owner recommended it to me and it did NOT disappoint. Absolutely delicious. She even gave me a free Vodka slice to try before I bought a whole pie. I highly recommend giving this local gem a try.

Best pizza spot in town, hands down. Great prices, offer their own free delivery, and consistently friendly service. Comparable to the top NYC spots and beats out regular slices from Artichoke. Locally owned business that I will continue to support.
