THE BEST sullongtang / ox soup place in the east coast. Yes, not just NJ but the entire east coast lol. I also think their sullongtang is even better than some places I've tried in Seoul. The difference is that the sullongtang at Sa Rit Gol is really rich thick bone broth and traditional vs some of the places I've tried in Seoul seem to watered down their sullongtang. I probably get food from Sa Rit Gol at least once a week, and more than once a week in the fall /winter...
If you’re craving Korean comfort food, this place is definitely worth a visit! The Sundae Gukbap (Korean blood sausage soup) was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, flavorful, and tasted like it had been simmered for hours. The Bulgogi was also excellent—tender, well-seasoned, and perfect with rice.

Jun 24, 2026 - Walked past by Sa Rit Gol and really enjoyed our meal here. We ordered the sundaegukbab and gamjatang. I’d asked the owner for just the intestines instead of the meat, and there was a little mix-up - the sundaegukbab came out with only intestines and no sundae. I just mentioned it to let him know, and he immediately made it right, bringing us a generous portion of sundae right away without us even asking. We were pleasantly surprised by how gracious and...
