On an extremely packed day, we were seated within 30 seconds, our food was served within 10, and we had an attentive server who catered to our every need. The food was genuinely fantastic and the portions are huge. Must-try.
Visited on 10/1/26, Thursday around 8:30 PM (an hour before their 9:30 PM closing), and they were still quite busy.
Finding the entrance at night is tricky. The front stairs lead to a door with a Soup Dumpling Plus sign that is actually locked shut, which confused me and other customers. Overall 6/10 there was a wait time which is okay however, the receptionist took people that came after me, before me. Food is very greasy , the cucumber salad and noddles are very good. the dumplings and soup dumplings over hype. Staff can be a bit more attentive.
