Very clean Starbucks with consistently good drinks. A hardworking team of baristas in a very busy store. Easy parking. Shoutout to my favorite Barista Mary who recently transferred there from the Closter store. She is a Starbucks superstar --always goes the extra mile with a smile. Super smart, quick and unflappable with a terrific attitude. Higherups in corporate should really cultivate her---regional manager in the making

Customer service is an art that is lost. The place was not busy but yet when I asked a question I was dismissed. Not coming back here. So many coffee shops in fort lee anyway.

Went there 8:30pm ordered couple drinks and the store closes at 10pm. Female employee was in front of bathroom cleaning then locked both bathroom. Male employee claimed bathroom was closed for the day. Little argument then female employee took the time clock out as asked to wait 40minutes to dry up because she did the deep cleaning of wall and floor so there were water everywhere. My brother was upset asked her for the name so we can bring up to customer service., then she brought out the key open the bathroom. I walked in and like where is the water! After it’s opened there were more customers came and use it. The female employee we encountered was so rude that while we were sitting there we could also overheard her talking about us to other customer.

I’m giving this Starbucks location in Fort Lee five stars because the drinks are consistently excellent and the staff is friendly and efficient. I just wanted to bring a small but important matter to management’s attention regarding food safety.
This morning, I noticed one of the baristas had a small cut on their finger covered with a bandage but wasn’t wearing gloves or a finger cover while handling the drink lids. Since those lids are the part that comes in contact with customers’ mouths, it would be safer and more hygienic to ensure employees wear gloves or protective finger coverings in situations like that.
When I politely mentioned it and asked to keep my lid off, the response I received was defensive, which I understand may have come from misunderstanding my concern. I want to be clear — my comment wasn’t personal. I simply believe in maintaining standard food safety protocols, the same way it’s done in professional kitchens, to protect both staff and customers.
I appreciate the hard work the team does every day and hope management can gently reinforce this safety step to maintain the great experience this store is known for.
They are friendly and nice whenever I go to study or socialize with people..

Went to the Linwood Plaza Starbucks around 5:30 AM and it was closed, even though opening hours said 4:30 AM. There was a line of people waiting for mobile orders, and Google Maps had also sent me to another nearby location that looked out of business.
Thankfully, Chris at this store turned it all around — super smooth service and an amazing attitude. Thank you Chris for the help!

What a difference between two Starbucks cafe. I ordered the ice pecan from Starbucks in river road inside target and the iced pecan was just out of this world, I felt the pecan crunch and the foam was delicious. The ice pecan from Fort.Lee, wasn't like that, no pecan crunch, the foam was not thick enough. Sorry but I cannot give 5 stars. The service superb.

Got venti iced americano today. The barista must have been drenched in her perfume because the cup and the coffee obnoxiously smells like perfume. Major turn off. Disgusting.
Coffee here just gets worse and worse.
Employee attitude is also bad. Indifferent and just feels like people who are only in it for the money. Shocking how some people get a job.

There are many nice staffs and they serves our drinks pretty quick. I only have to wait 3-7min. (It’s so rare when I have to wait more than 5min though)
I go to this Starbucks many times but I’ve never had the wrong drink so far.
And the atmosphere is also awesome. It’s not too loud but not too quiet. I can focus when I’m doing my assignment or reading, and I can talk with my friends whenever I came with my friends.
