First time visiting.. The Starbucks location is inside the acme It’s not a store itself but it still has seats. I had to wait for a while but the Spanish guy barista was very kind and polite. Supermarket is a bit noisy .. the iced matcha latte is More expensive than regular Starbucks too . Overall it’s ok location.

Terrible Starbucks, will never return here. Nasty lady slamming things and telling the new girl that she doesn’t put cup holders on she lets the customer do it. She’s training a poor girl that will probably quit, I would if someone like her was training me.

The staff was stressed and had an attitude and express her frustrations on me and other customers!

There was only three of the customers in store, two other customers who are waiting for their orders and me who waiting to order my drink. First of all, why she's stressed?? Other than the three of us there was no other customers. Second, she got the order wrong and she didn't even say I'm sorry just cursed and redo the order. And guess what?? The customer said “oh don't worry”. Why does the customer needs to comfort them, isn't their job to put up a good service? And I've waited for 5 mins to get my order in, there's another worker was like “Can you just give us a minute?” (with a loud voice and attitude) if I was’t in a hurry but I need my drink, I would've turned away. However, I still waited to get my orders in. The worker threw my sandwich and the drink was over flowing. I need to use the napkins to wipe off the foam on top that was flowing out. I don't know why they are stressed, again. But on top of that, that worker seemed like training a new worker as well. (so total three works that morning)

Poor management, poor service. I will never go back again!

The girls didn’t even hear what I ask for a coffee, they were rude all the time and the coffee is nothing what I ask, i can’t even drink it, worst experience and waste of money

Kristen at the counter had a nasty attitude. I am assuming anybody working with customer specially at the counter, they should leave the problems at home and I’ll come here and take it out with the customers. Very bad poor service from that person.

I come here to get coffee before work and the person who works here decides it’s more important to set up other things then take my order. I waited for ten minutes before she decided to take my order. People don’t get coffee in the morning to wait for long lines. They need MORE THEN ONE PERSON HERE IN THE MORNING! This is unacceptable!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO GO!
