every time i come here i order ahead. & they still never have it ready & always run out of things, but don’t update the app. i can tell u whoever is the manger on today’s date definitely dropped the ball.

Worst coffee ever! I took the coffee to go so I couldnt go back as there was already so much traffic on Fletcher Ave.

I drink flat whites often, but this one was disappointing. I couldn’t even finish it, so it really felt like a waste of money.

My FAVORITE location until about 6 months ago :-( I love all the baristas and management; those women are amazing! But one employee in particular, Skye, just can't keep up. They truly can't make a drink. I'm so sad about it because I LOVE everyone there, and I tried so hard to be patient, but today my drink really did just taste like almond milk with a whisper of espresso.

Always fantastic! Starbucks is pretty super dependable, the decorated drinks are tasty, of course. The service as a standard is very high and the establishment is very clean. I am a fan of starbucks and typically find one wherever I am.

I came to the store today at 2:53 to pick up my order, and no one is paying attention. The order is ready, but no one is packing it. There’s always the same problem here—the employees are sluggish and seem like they don’t want to work. This store always has the same employee issue.

Came here to grab a quick drink, and was blown away by the service displayed here at this location. Baristas definitely went above and beyond, and even took the time to write a little note on my drink! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for Starbucks :)

The worst Starbucks I ever been to, the manager Kevin is absolutely rude and the staff is super slow. I waited 12 minutes for my coffee, and when I asked about my coffee the manager Kevin told me I have to wait however amount of time it takes . Just a terrible place. Workers are in the cellphone always taking a break .very disappointed.

Georgia was my favorite person, today I came in and Daniella helped me, she was awesome! Thank you Very much Daniella! Rowan acts like he’s too good to help anyone. The directs people to Daniella and rather than assisting by being informative he’s just plain rude.

This is genuinely one of THE most consistent Starbucks-es I’ve ever been to. I’ve maybe had 1 or 2 issues over the 6+ years I’ve been coming here. The staff here are pretty friendly and my coffee & order consistently come out how I like it, service is also reasonably quick. It’s always nice seeing the same faces as well which shows me this chain isn’t just cycling through people. Whenever I go to other Starbucks’ in the area as silly as it sounds they just aren’t the same, this is probably the best one in Fort Lee and nearby towns.

I stopped by this Starbucks and was really surprised when they refused to give me a cup of water without a purchase. I used to work at Starbucks, and it was always standard to provide water to anyone who asked—no strings attached. It’s disappointing to see this change. It just feels like a small courtesy that shouldn’t be taken away. Hope they rethink this policy.
