I usually come to this Starbucks because it’s convenient, tucked away, and never too crowded—perfect for a relaxed dine-in experience. Today, however, I went through the drive-thru (which I don’t do so often) and ordered more than usual: a drink, sandwich, and pastry. Unfortunately, I had to ask for napkins, and a few minutes later, while stuck in traffic heading into the city, I realized there was no straw for my Frappuccino. It’s frustrating when such basic elements of customer service are overlooked tho I blame myself as well but seriously! Handing out food and drinks. Napkins and straw should be the first thing handed to me after I paid for my order. Highly annoyed with this experience.

This is a drive through and I ordered decaf late. Let me just say that I don't think there was any coffee in it. It didn't taste like Starbucks at all. It was awful, but I didn't try it until I was back on the highway, so there was no way to get back.

I have never gotten a cup of luke warm coffee at Dunkin doughnuts. A few times at Starbucks and this was the case this morning. I had to get out of my car and go in to exchange it for another luke warm cup of Pike this time that ended up in the trash. The punk at the drive thru didn’t even say “sorry about that” just handed me a new cup of coffee and walked away. Way to go. I’m sure your training doesn’t include serving warm coffee.
I ordered Grande Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe at this Starbucks store through the mobile app. I customize my drink to use OATMIlK and no whip cream all the time as I have a bad case of Lactose Intolerance. I get excruciating stomachache when I ingest any type of whole milk and similar dairy products. I knew that whoever prepared my drink did not use OATMILK as not even an hour after I finished the Frappe, I had a terrible stomachache. If this was a dairy allergy, I would have been dead. Employees should be attentive when preparing drinks as this can be a potential danger to consumers who has allergies or some type of conditions. This is the whole reason we customize our drinks. This is not the first time I had this experience with Starbucks. 2 occasions I just got lucky because I was at the store and witnessed the barista put whole milk on my drink. He had to remake it. The other time, the barista would scoop the whip cream off my frappe as he made a mistake putting whip cream on it! This is terrible! The cream was already mixed on my drink, he thought by scooping it out, I wouldn’t have a problem. But what about mobile orders? We do not catch that. Then we’ll have to suffer the consequences of carelessness of other people.

I received a promotion and it’s bitter sweet. My life has gotten better but my route to work has changed and I no longer get to see the people at this location anymore. They were always on point and because of that, a great part of every day. Gonna miss this crew. But every chance I get, if I’m in the area, I’ll be passing by for my complicated iced caffe latte order lol Love them there.
