I give this place a zero. My 5 boys and parents had to pee really bad on our way to the airport and pulled off into this town to find a local bathroom. I already don’t care for Taco Bell but my sons were insisting we eat.
First impressions were awful. The entire floor was completely soaked from lobby to restrooms. There was a giant puddle by some of the booths with a sign saying it was wet but absolutely no worker the entire time we were there attempted to clean it. All of the tables were filthy and again no workers ever attempted to clean up anything. I feel dirty after being in there how bad it was.
When we finally got our food it was all disgusting. I can tell the oil was old and nasty. Most of my food was entirely inedible. My parents said the meat in their tacos tasted rancid. Everything tasted bad. Lord I wish I had read the other reviews before putting any of that rotten food in our mouths. I pray our tummies last through the flight because I’m quite nervous we may get sick especially after reading other reviews and seeing they don’t seem to care to serve food to a healthy standard. This place needs an entire revamp.

It’s 6.48 am, I’ve been up all night, haven’t been able to sleep and throwing up after eating from this restaurant because I got food poisoning. Worst place I’ve ever been to. Never again!
I thought I should leave a negative feedback for the saddest fast food I’ve ever eaten. I understand soggy tacos but burnt cheese burrito? Burnt cheese? Really?! I mean, what did I really expect from a place with workers who seemed like they didn’t want to work at all? Did I even mention I hated to food I paid for? It was soggy and burnt. It’s not abnormal that the reviews of this place is on the floor. Do us a favor and close your doors.

Got a Crunchwrap supreme combo and it didn’t come with the taco. There was very little meat in the Crunchwrap supreme. The only crunch I got from it was the lettuce

Poor standards even for KFC/Taco Bell.
Waited 20 minutes for a simple order. Tacos were poorly slapped together, and half the food was somehow cold.
Not the mention the lobby/ dining area was disgusting.
The front counter person even walked out with a broom, saw there was a mess, and just walked back behind the counter, did sweet a spec.
Do the company a favor and close this location.

This place is dirty, the service is horrendous, and the food is unacceptable. If they don't like their jobs, they shouldn't take it out on the customers who are just trying to get some damn food. They should fire the entire Thursday night staff. Not welcoming, food sucked, and atmosphere was unfriendly. Just close the place down and renovate it along with the staff.

I showed up at 10pm. They chased me out and said they decided to close an hour early after I drove all the way there from out of town. When I asked for the manager an elderly man and tattooed lady yelled and screamed at me. It's a lot of drama for fake Mexican food.

I ordered some food and a Diet Pepsi and sat down to eat it. When I was finishing up my Pepsi I looked in the cup and there were many little black shavings in it. Not sure what it was but it was dirty and I’m feeling sick just thinking about how much of that I may have consumed.
