Overpriced, and they messed up my order. Rice, falafel, salad, pita for $20? Naw thanks. At least include some rice.

I think this is the hardest and driest chicken I’ve ever gotten. Also, someone must’ve poured a load of salt on the rice and the salad because unfortunately it really wasn’t edible.

The food was terrible. I ate this gyro project in NYC in the 70s on the westside. The food there was excellent tasty. This one in fort Lee was not good. It was flat with no seasoning or something in here - the beans or the slaw tastes like it was washed w soap. I won't go back and now I can't trust if the food will taste better

One of the best cultural food spots I’ve ever been to. The amount of detail and effort they put into the food is extraordinary I definetely recommend for anyone in the area or anyone who wants authentic Greek food.

Amazing food quick service!
The Gyro Project is easily the best Greek spot in Fort Lee. The meat is high-quality, the Fries with feta are addictive, and the modern, airy vibe is perfect for a quick sit-down meal.
Fresh, authentic, and consistently delicious.

The food here was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect because of the service, music, and overall quality. Service is quick and friendly, even when they’re busy, which makes it an easy go-to for lunch or a late dinner. The space is simple but modern, and the food comes out fast without feeling rushed. If you’re craving something filling, reliable, and consistently good, Gyro Project is the move. Fort Lee has a lot of food options, but this place stays in my regular rotation for a reason.
