I left as soon as i walked and saw rainbow stickers on cookies. Imagine seeing anti orthodox propaganda at Greek spot
It has a good vibe and a very contemporary atmosphere. Food was below mediocre and not so appetizing.
The froyo deconstructed baklava is life changing, mouth watering and so uniquely necessary
I’ve had many amazing experiences here. Consistent delish food that tastes like your in Greece! All clean ingredients . They use olive oil ! No seed oils !!!
The restaurant itself is clean , bright snd welcoming. . The staff is super friendly .
We picked up food one night and brought home but unfortunately my salad was incorrect , I placed a call back to the restaurant and they immediately took care of me, offered to deliver me a new salad . Reminder - we ordered at the restaurant and took home so they had no record I purchased. I said I will send back my salad with your delivery guy so you know I really purchased and they said not necessary ! That delivery got to me in 10 mins! That is amazing customer service . It deserves 5 plus stars. Amazing addition to the neighborhood!
Spacious, plenty of parking, staff was friendly, and quick service.great value with delicious food.
The gyro plate and sandwich are excellent.
I tried it and the food is exquisite, I recommend it 100% ✌️🥰
I love this restaurant.
It's feels like a family. I love the fact that they have a lunch special for students. Which is great for them to eat something other than fast food garbage.
Whenever I come in the service is excellent. Everyone greets you and you are welcome.
The food is fantastic and I try to recreate the meals at home but it's just not the same. Lol. Build your own bowl is my Favorite!
But I love the atmosphere and the food. So I will be back!

I recently gave The Gyro Project another try and it was a great experience. My fiancé went to pick up the food for take out. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a cozy yet modern vibe.
We both got the "build your own bowls" with beef and lamb gyro. Everything was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
The portion sizes were generous and I also appreciated the little touches.
The only thing they left out were utensils and napkins.
Overall, I would highly recommend The Gyro Project for anyone looking for delicious Greek food. It's a perfect spot for a date night, family gathering, or a quick lunch. There's plenty of parking inside the plaza. I'll definitely be returning to try more dishes!

Just got back from Greece, and The Gyro Project in Fort Lee is an absolute must-try! The food is incredibly authentic, capturing all the flavors we loved overseas. Perfect for a quick to-go meal or dining in. The place is super clean, and every dish is packed with flavor. We've tried a lot of Greek spots, and this one definitely ranks among the best. Highly recommend!

I’m disappointed to be writing this review because this used to be one of my go-to places with great food and generous portions. I hadn’t ordered in a few months, but this time the experience was completely different.
I ordered a Lamb Gyro platter with rice, Mediterranean salad, and lemon potatoes, which they charged an extra $3 for. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra, but I received only four small slices of potato. The platter was mostly rice and pita, with hardly any salad—maybe half a scoop if that—and just five small slices of gyro tucked in the corner. The taste wasn’t what it used to be either. The gyro meat looked undercooked, lacking the crispiness that usually makes it so flavorful.
I hope this is just a one-time issue, but based on this experience, I’m hesitant to order again.

Gyro Project in Fort Lee, NJ. “OPA YOUR MOUTH” at The Gyro Project. This gorgeous casual restaurant will impress you as soon as you walk in. The decor is so clean but beautiful. The menu is so fresh and has some goodies that will want you to come back! I loved everything we got from the gyro, salmon platter to the desserts. It’s also BYOB so grab a bottle of your favorite wine and enjoy! Insta: @thehungrysw
