This place has been my favorite to have ramen and I wish I could give it 4.5 stars instead of 4. However they need to train their staff more because a few days ago I asked the waitress about the difference between tonkotsu's broth and miso's, it took her 5 seconds to think and only replied "The miso one has miso" without articulating how it tastes. Luckily the miso came out great and I enjoyed the meal. Will definitely come back!

The food is soooo good!!!!
One of the best Ramen places I’ve had in the states. My kids loves their Ramen:) And The staff were very kind and helpful. Service was quick and the wait was not long at all, even with a full house. I really recommend this restaurant.

If we could give zero stars we would. From start to finish an absolute disaster of an experience. We waited an hour for our daughter’s food to come out, this was after my husband’s main course came first, followed by mine twenty minutes later, then our daughters another 20 minutes later. For apps no share plates, no utensils we had to ask twice. My spoon had old crusted rice stuck to it and asked twice for my water to be changed due to dirty glass. Disgusted and disappointed.

The first taste was good, but it gradually became greasy.
I think they specialize in tsukemen.
I ordered my favorite tonkotsu and it was a bit sour.
The feeling of fat getting stuck in the esophagus while eating. I felt it all day.
If only I had adjusted the ratio when blending with fat when making broth...

Restaurantji Recommends
I do not recommend going to a restaurant to eat during busy lunch hours on Fridays.
After working out, I want to have a quick lunch by myself.
I visited this place at 1 o'clock.
There is only one staff member in the hall, so there are many guests.
It seemed very difficult to care for.
I ordered miso ramen and ordered food.
The food came out 30 minutes later.
I was annoyed that the food came out late
Customers who come later than me get their food served first.
I got more angry.
It took me an hour to eat a bowl of ramen.
But the funny thing is that it took less than 10 minutes to eat.
I like that the soup is thick, but it's too salty.
It was difficult to eat it all.
It's good that the price is cheap, but I won't do it again
I wouldn't go here for ramen.
