The Mala wok dry pot was soo good! I’m usually able to handle my spice and the medium was a good level of spice! We also got the kimchi fried rice which was good too. Would highly recommend you try this restaurant!
I stopped in here yesterday for lunch and it was without a doubt top 5 foods I’ve ever eaten, both inside and outside the U.S. The malatang hot pot broth was so savory and umami I couldn’t believe how good it was. Medium spice level was just a tad too much for me and I handle spice pretty well (should have listened to the girl at the front counter…). Cant wait to go back and try the other hot and dry pots.
The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, the vegetables were fresh, and there were a variety of vegetables. I can't eat spicy food, so I tried level 1, and it wasn't salty and was delicious.
