We're long time patrons, My family orders from Franklin Lakes Pizza once or twice a week, I often advocate for the restaurant with friends and family. The sandwiches, pizza, entrees and salads are delicious. For those rare downer dishes, it's usually fried food related. More specifically, the calamari is overcooked, calamari can be tricky and I would not be writing a review if the calamari had some degree of chewiness, even upscale establishments struggle with same....
