There are no words to describe how happy we are with them. We had a custom cake, gluten free. They did a amazing job! Way beyond belief. We had people at the restaurant we were at for my best friend's 50th where did you get this? Want to say thank you to kara kakes, the staff and everyone who contributed their time to this cake !!! Love Kara Kakes! Highly recommend for the beautifully crafted and delicious cupcakes! They even have special cupcakes with infusions and artistic custom cakes! My family and I love a trip to Kara Kakes :)
I’ve been a long time customer since the cupcake wars days.. hands down the best quality and service. Had 1 problem in all the years and Kara reached out immediately and not only handled it but had great conversations. On the staff, not sure what extensive training she has on all staff members but every single one of them over the years has been super friendly, fun, helpful and keeps the store immaculate. Most important, the quality is unmatched for me, especially on the cupcakes....
