Wow. An actual human being that's bubbly, connective & intelligent. You just don't find it that much these days. Was an absolute pleasure ordering. Knows her menu. Asks all the right questions (sauce on side, what variety would you like, etc).
The people that work there are always nice & authentic there. Plus their food is good.

“Ordered for pick-up for lunch on a Friday, and was quoted a 20-30 minute wait time. No online ordering, and cash only. We ordered a supreme Sicilian pie, which had pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, peppers, onions, olives, and anchovies. They'll ask if you want anchovies included, which is nice since it's not for everyone. I happen to like anchovies so I appreciated that this was included because not many places do. I liked the crust - it had the perfect amount of crispiness and bite to it. Pies are on the pricier side - this one was $30, but they don't skimp on the toppings. Would definitely order again next time I'm in the mood for a Sicilian slice.“

“I recently hosted my daughter first communion at Carelli’s and was beyond impressed. Gio was beyond helpful and accommodating and service staff was attentive and on top of it all!! We had calamari to start, which was out of this world with an amazing red sauce loaded with fresh basil. The focaccia bread was warm and delicious. The entrees were also outstanding and portions enough for 2! I highly recommend this place! They gained a customer in me and everyone that attended the party! “I've been eating their pizza for over 20 years and in my opinion it's the best I've ever had. Their antipasto salad is delicious and always fresh and their spaghetti with meatballs is delicious. “I stopped into Danny's Pizza early in the day, shortly after they opened. I saw a sign outside that said they were voted #1 best pizza which I'm usually skeptical about. After having a slice though, I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza had a thin, crispy base with an incredibly flavorful sauce. The sauce to cheese ratio was spot on and the cheese was perfectly fresh and melted to perfection. Even the crust was bready and delicious. I'm definitely a fan.“

“We have ordered from Frank's numerous times with no issues. Tonight, driver arrived with 2 items missing and instead of leaving the items he had, took them with him....cold when he returned. Must have thought he was an Indy car driver on the way back because all the sauce for the mussels was gone, box was saturated. When questioned, he checked and said Ooops, sorry, and left. Called and spoke with the Manager who seemed less than Customer Service concerned although did offer another order of mussels. Unfortunately, with the fear of sabotage on the replacement due to complaining, we declined. Should have offered some kind of refund. As a Client Svc Mgr this is an unacceptable response to a dissatisfied client. We will not be ordering from Frank's again. I guess they have enough clients to not care about EVERY client. Shame!“

I called on Monday spoke to Stepanie and she was very apologetic. She suggested i pick them up. Which I did. Long story short. They replaced it with 4 empanadas. Great customer service. “Benjy was very kind, and straight to the point. The place is chalov yisroel, and the pizza was surprisingly delicious. The store is a bit outdated but in my opinion is reminiscent of the old pizza shops we went to as kids in a cozy kind of way. Benjy, keep being you.

“i had the pleasure of going to Mangia Pizza this past weekend. It was delicious! I had 2 different kinds of chicken slices. They were great from the crust to the chicken! We also had a chicken and an eggplant slider. It came on a delicious garlic roll. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice.
