We got gongura chicken, chicken biryani and mutton kothu parotta. Everything was very yummy and spot on. Specially loved the chicken gongura gravy. Must try the mutton kothu

It used to be a good place. I ordered Malai Kofta and kofta were not cooked and Gravy was taste less. One Paneer Biryani and I cannot explain what they put into that it tasted like talcum powder, they must be mixing some taste enhancer and I never had such a bad experience with food in years.

Visited for a business dinner in November 2024 and had an excellent meal. Ordered the Biriyani with spiced chicken, a fish special, as well as a lamb special and all were outstanding. I will be bringing folks back on my return trip to NJ in March. Highly recommended!!

Dietary restrictions: Good for folks with gluten issues like myself.

Don’t go by ratings . They are paid against mango lassi .
We ordered a veg Thali and the horrible food we had . Most of the veggies, curd and gulab jamun were stale and tasteless . They charged $21 for 1 plate and in reality it was not even worth a penny . Strongly recommend not to visit the place seeing the ratings.

Today visit you all in restaurant and I came with my cousins and I had you'll pomfret tawa fry and butter chicken and some kari dhosa and every one loved the kothu parotta if you have eaten good food and a food lover you can visited the nalan indianCusine

Recently ordered takeout and the food doesn’t have any taste. Couple of months ago it was one of the best tasty food we had.

Not sure it was bad for just that day where theirs chef was missing & cooked by helpers or something else

Selected this to try this. Got the Biryani, chicken 65, mirch pakoda. Chicken 5l65 was tasting like if cooked only in vinegar, it was so horrible. Other chicken starter was ok, no complaints. Mutton, chicken and veg Biryani was ok.

My family and I recently went to Nalan for a birthday dinner, and it was a pleasant experience! For appetizers, we ordered the 555 Gobi and Gobi 65 for for different levels of spice, as well as the Guntur Paneer. The guntur spice is next level 🤌🏽 Mouth was burning but I loved it.

Next, we got the samosa chaat.
There was a bit of something to it, like something was off, but it still tasted very good! Lastly, we did orders of vegetable biryani and egg biryani. The vegetable biryani had paneer bits in it and the spices in it and the salan really put everything together.

The only reason the service isn’t rated highly is because the egg biryani we ordered initially had chicken in it… but once we informed the staff, they got us a new one. Besides that, they didn’t provide any serving spoons for any of the apps or entrees, but were given them upon requesting them. That does still give them
points in my book!

Nalan catered our post Thanksgiving dinner. 22 people. The owner worked with me to get the right menu and correct amounts. 50% vegetarian 50% assorted proteins. The food was delivered on time, hot and delicious. It was a pleasure, start to finish. By the way, I am not Indian but have visited India many times. The food was perfection.
