Idli: light fluffy like soft pillows

Vada: crunchy and light

Ghee Roast Masala Dosa: just delightful, the potatoes inside, you can really taste the ghee, delicious

Sambhar: would like a few more veggies, but it was super tasty

Coconut Chutney: rich and flavorful, great consistency

Tomato Chutney: just yummmm

“We just went to Andaaz in Franklin Park, NJ location on June 27, 2026 to celebrate a special occasion. Everything was spot on the place, the ambiance, the food. How ever the One thing we did NOT appreciate is that they charged us for the raw onions. Come on @Andaaz you are a fine dining restaurant. We are sure you can do better.”

“I've ordered takeout from Hot Space Edison several times, and the food has always been consistently delicious. One of my favorite dishes is the fish with the spicy sauce. The fish is always fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce is packed with flavor with just the right amount of heat. Every bite is satisfying, and you can tell that care goes into preparing the food.

Even as takeout, the food travels well and arrives fresh and flavorful. The portions are generous, and everything I've tried has been well-seasoned and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and my orders have been accurate and ready on time.”

“Tremendous Italian dining experience, get a table in the basement as it is more quiet and more private.. Pasta was delicious, the wine recommended by the waiter, a bearded friendly Spanish guy was great as was the Tirasmsu which was out of this world. Ate there twice and it was the best dining experience in New Brunswick.”
