Amazing experience every time I come here! They clean \ sanitize all the seats and tables after each party leaves. ( I know because I stay for a long time when I come here ), They also have a big selection of flavors and they let you select music if you ask! I definitely recommend coming here you will not regret it. Also I have celebrated two birthdays here and they have always taken care of me !
One of the best hookah lounges I have ever been to with a very excellent customer service! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to sit at a nice place and smoke a good quality hookah!
Professional staff and service wearing masks all the time sanitizing the place it’s the safest place for hookah and cigar i really recommend it to everyone
Very Professional and Clean. one of the best hookah spots in the area.
My experience at Cloud9 was terrible. The employees don’t wear masks when they are talking to you or coming near you, which is a safety issue. They also smoke cigarettes in front of the customer and it is very uncomfortable.
Niceee vibee & nicee Hookah
We came here twice so far, and had mixed reviews. Last week was the first time we came here, and had a much better experience. Yesterday—not so much. The place is located inside a plaza with other restaurants. The inside is spacious and neat; it has a decorative upscale ambiance. Our waiter Rayhan was friendly, and it was his first week at the job. He made some spot on recommendations about what to try. Since we wanted to try as many of the items on their menu, we chose the "mixed" entrees. We ordered the "Chicken Mix Grill" with salad and the "Lamb Chops" with rice, along with their "Mint Lemonade" frozen drink. The chicken mix grill consisted of a chicken chop, shish tawook, and chicken shawarma. It also came with pita, house salad, grilled tomato, grilled onion, grilled jalapeno pepper, and a side of garlic sauce. The lamb chops came with 4 pieces of chops, pita, grilled tomato, grilled jalapeno, and a side of garlic sauce. The lamb chops were pink inside, so if you want it thoroughly cooked, you should specify, as we weren’t asked how we wanted it. The mint lemonade was unique. Real mint with a tab sweetness of lemonade-highly recommend for mint lovers! We came back last night, honestly just to try the mint lemonade. We were seated at the same table as last time. Our waitress came over to take our order, as we researched the menu last time and on the way to the restaurant. Trying to make healthier food choices, we ordered the "Chicken Mix Grill" like last time, and the "Fish of the Day"-which was salmon, both with salad. We ordered the Mint Lemonade, and Strawberry Mint Lemonade, but were later told that they didn't have, so we replaced it with "Pina Colada", and "Mango" frozen drinks. We also ordered their "Hummus" from the Cold Mezze section. The waitress brought out the hummus and and a "Greek Salad" that we never ordered. Confused, we asked her if this is the salad that'll come with our chicken and fish entrees, as the chicken/fish weren’t out yet. She shockingly asked if we ordered the chicken entree, which we replied yes. Then she told us that we ordered the greek salad—which we didn't. She started accusing us of not telling her what we ordered, and how she confirmed with us. The manager, Deep, retook our order and apologized for the misunderstanding. It wouldn't make sense for 2 people to order one entree, but she took it a step further by implying that we lied. The manager confirmed that the waitress was zoned out lately, and how he received several complaints about her inattentiveness. She brought our entrees out after a long time thereafter. The salad was drenched in oil, which ended up running down the plate and drenching the chicken with oil too. The small piece of salmon was drizzled with sauce, and had a side of grilled veggies and salad. Both the entrees were bland and flavorless this time. The pina colada was good, but more on the sweeter side. The mango was more like slushy mango juice. Both didn't compare to the Mint Lemonade. We packed the food to go, which we won't be finishing later. As expected from the food, we both felt sick shortly after, and to spare you the details-spent the night taking turns on the toilet. Writing this review almost a day later, we still didn't eat breakfast or lunch yet. As much as we loved the mint lemonade, due to the bad experience, we won't be returning here. The food was bland, lacked flavor, and was too expensive for the small portion of salmon at $24.95. I didn’t choose a salad for it to be cheaper, but rather to have a healthier option and to limit carbs. However, since the menu only lists rice or fries as a side, I would think that opting for salad would cost less as opposed to using rice or fries—just my thoughts. Also, I find it funny that my credit card wasn't returned after being charged. Both times, they forgot to return my card, and I had to come back and ask for it. Maybe it was just a coincidence but I haven’t had th
I've had decent experiences here until the last time I went. I brought a date here and they told us it's 1 hookah per person. I looked at a table next to mine and it was 2 people with 1 hookah and I said, "why do they have one?" Waiter made up some excuse and I didn't want to argue in front of someone I am meeting for the first time and have a bad impression. I like to get my hookah with the pineapple head and ice pipe but when they forced me to get a second hookah I couldn't. Bill ended up being like $60-70 which I think is way too much for just 2 people. I have another date coming up, don't know if I can come here again.I've been coming here since they've opened and I know there are certain people who know the owners. They pick and choose who gets better services and I wouldn't be surprised if they pay a difference price. It's unacceptable business practice. I always used to recommend this hookah lounge over Fire & Ice, Maya, Sultanas.. but now I won't be.
The food was terrible. Chicken kebob was not cooked through. When I complained about it, they took it and burned it. Worst service
My fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience here.We were seated fast even though there was a bit of a crowd enjoying the outdoor seating. The waitress was knowledgeable and assisted us in helping us pick out the flavors. There is a one drink minimum which is customary amongst the hookah lounges I’ve been to.The service and hospitality was top notch. The hookah came out within 10 minutes and was the best quality hookah I’ve ever had. They give disposable hoses with each hookah which I had never seen before and immediately loved that idea. The coals were changed regularly and ourhookah was never harsh and smoke was always strong. Fair prices as well. They played a mix of music with Middle Eastern music and some recent Hip-Hop and R&B as well. I really liked when the more American music was being played. Just a very good ambiance and atmosphere. We have found our new hookah spot for sure and I’ve never even been inside, which looked really nice from what I could see.
Restaurantji Recommends
I very much liked the food and customer service, good location nearby to my residence. The workers are always very nice. Highly recommended.
I very much enjoy the dishes and service, excellent area next to my home. The workers are always very friendly. Will come visit again.
excellent food and good service
I visited Pasha recently with the Facebook group NJ Food. We had a terrific time. The owners Azim and Uzma were so nice, very knowledgeable and accommodating in answering any questions. Most importantly the food was delicious! We had a buffet, which was a great way to taste all o their plates, and I’d have to say i wouldn’t be disappointed with any of them as a singular dish. Standouts were the lamb, kebab, and all their different sauces, condiments etc.
Absolutely incredible staff!! Very good service, the waiters were very nice and when we said there’s no more shawarma in the buffet , the chef himself, a very nice guy came and gave us a big platter of shawarma. The food reminded me of my childhood, really tasty food and desert was fantastic. I recommend this place a lot give it a try!!! The waiter (Zena) was very nice and made sure were fine. This place is amazing and the music is just beautiful. 10/10. Definitely will be back.
