Not sure they know what prime rib is. Mine was a sliver of 6oz. at most. After cutting off 1/3 of fat and grizle, it was not even a sandwich steak. Also, mistook broccoli Rabe for spinach. Not tragic, but I would rather pay more for a steak than waste money on fat.
