It was a pleasant surprise to find a Boston Market on our way home from the dog shows! The chicken was good as were the side dishes, like the good ole Boston Markets. They have more choices for sauces over the chicken, and the service was good. We'll stop again when we are in the area!

They left out like 4 cornbread, we had to ask them for the drink that came with the meal, overall food wasnt the greatest. Other boston market on rt 18 is definitely WAY better.

Either close it down or keep it closed. No need to serve people without the proper staffing. Don't nobody care there. I thought I was a fan. This spot fell all the way off.. NEEDS NEW MAGEMENT ASAP

The bathroom smelled like something died in there. If the bathroom smells like that, there’s no way the kitchen or rest of the restaurant can be clean.

I recently visited the store to get info about a 3 dinner menu for Thanksgivings. The female store manager was extremely unfriendly and refused to give her name. I said, I read the reviews which confirmed my experience. She said, she does not care.

Both of our meals were wrong, but they took so long to come that we ate them anyway. The one garbage can they had was over flowing. Almost all the tables were somewhat dirty.

I couldn't even eat the ribs they looked & smelled so bad & there were just loose bones not attached to the meat .. The portion size of chicken I received was a joke not even one piece They consider a quarter of a whole of chicken!

Getting here minutes before the opening hour of 11am, the workers inside are seen pacing to make sure the food is prepped for lunch hour. I had no trouble ordering minutes after entering. The meal trays were perfectly packaged to go and bringing home a nice hot meal, after a 15 min drive, was great. The chicken is always tasty, savory and delicious.

Very quick and polite. The gentleman who took and fulfilled our order (I believe he was a manger) was dealing with a very rude customer in front of us with way more patience and skill then most people would have been able to have. Great location, great food.
