The worse Burger King is hands down on cleanliness. Everything was dirty, and the entire staff was on their phone.. If you have time to lean, you have the time to clean.

Filthiest place by far. We walked in and the floor throughout the place was sticky. We were the only 2 customers in the place no wait no line. Food was cold had to have them reheat my whooper Jr. I went to use the ladies room nd to find the sink was overflowing water . The floor was flooded. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Horrible !!! I almost wanted to call the board of health that's how bad it was. Never going back

I recieved coupons in the mail for a deal on 2 original chicken sandwiches. I had them in my car with me while out and about one day, and I decide to use one at a burger king I was passing by. Here us my list of everything that went wrong.1. It took about 5 minutes just for someone to come to the drive thru to take my order2. When I told them I had a coupon and would like to use it for this particular deal, they took it without saying anything to me (i.e. weather it was valid or not) but did not honor the deal. But kept the coupon anyway3. They got my order wrong, and when I wnt to bring this up to the person at the counter, he just contradicded me saying "you only ordered 2 sandwhiches and 1 fry" when I said that I wanted both fries and sandwiches (as stated on the coupon)4. I also asked for a reciept twice for my order. Neither times did they give it to me. I found out the coupon wasn't honored from my bank being overdrawn because they had charged me $20, when the coupon was 2 for 7.49.If my coupon wasn't valid, then I would've liked to had known that and I would've ordered something else. But not saying anything to me, and just keeping the coupon while not honoring the deal is just aggervating. Not communication what so ever. Next time I'd rather just go hungry until I get home.
