Carollo's Family Restaurant & Pizzeria

Amazing pizza that was ready in less than 10 minutes. The crust was crispy. The ingredients were all fresh (and probably locally sourced). Alexis was awesome! Straight to business. No messing around. A real Jersey native who’s going to get you your pizza in no time. Will definitely be coming back!

Came here on recommendation from a customer. Wow there food did not disappoint! Best Italian food I’ve had in 10-20 years !

Waitress seemed more in tuned about what was going on with her phone then actually dealing with customers. So 2 stars got dropped for that.

Other than that amazing place and hidden gem !

Update 1 : 5 days later. Server was same one. Still on her phone the entire time. Anytime I needs something I hate to go to front counter and ask.

She was literally sitting at register eating an ice cream cone while on her phone. Never once checked in on us what so ever.

She needs to be let go. HORRIBLE SERVER!

So I guess someone had a talking to or the ladies are actually performing stellar service ! Same server as last 3 times ( I wish she told us her name but this isn’t a introduction type place anyway ) We got our order and food was out promptly ( kitchen was on point this afternoon ! ) Service was as it should be ! Very good.

Food what can I say. Amazing. Once again. Veal was freshly breaded and fried to golden brown. Just amazing.

Oh…. And those garlic knots ! Omg amaaaaaazing ! ( just wish they weren’t stingy with them. I’d gladly pay for a 12 pack of them upfront instead of keep asking for more when you bring 4 at a time )

There service at the actual restaurant is excellent but when it comes to their teenage drivers forget about it they literally have forgotten my panzerati twice I suggest getting better drivers who don't forget anything at the restaurant and know how to do their damn jobs like they are supposed to

Food was terrible. A can of Campbell’s has more flavor than their chicken pastina soup. Not sure how you mess up Alfredo sauce, but they manage to. Ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms appetizer. It was on a very sparse bed of shredded lettuce, but then mushrooms were covered in a thin wine sauce so lettuce just became a soggy mess. Never again!
