I recently visited this spot wanting some ice cream after a hot day. The ice cream was very delightful and nailed the spot for what I was craving. The service was also amazing, I don't usually tend to leave reviews but this place had nothing but positive vibes, I really recommend everyone to check it out and I will for sure stop by this place again.

It’s a very nice store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cakes are so different from those carvel cakes sold in the supermarket. The cakes I bought in the store are fresh and yummy. Once tried their cakes, wouldn’t want to buy those in the supermarket any more. They can also help you write lovely words on the cakes. Super easy to order the customized image cakes.

Asked for ID after telling them (also showed the email) we had a birthday coupon and said if we gave everyone an ice cream cone that came in saying it was their birthday we would be out of business. Poor cashier looked uncomfortable but was super sweet. Argued back and forth but ultimately gave us the cone because our coupon was not expired. Stated they only give free cone on birthday regardless of coupon. avoid if you can.

Got the sonic cake was $46 small.cake go to eat it and tasted terrible. Was a burnt flavor. Sure enough called store and said yes.its the picture they fire it on they knew and refused.to give anything back towards it. Did not even offer anything. We had to cut off whole picture my grandson all upset. Not happy at all

If I could give it a zero I would. New ownership is horrible. The ice cream is not the same. It’s old and has a weird taste. I love carvel and I keep coming back to give it another chance but it disappoints every time. Won’t be coming back sadly.

Going back here was very nostalgic. I remember visiting quite frequently when I was young. Still, a very friendly staff and the prices are relatively the same crazy enough. Would definitely go back again.
