Really good Chinese food spot. Ide say one of the best in the area. Rice and meat always cooked good and soft, always enough sauce on the meat. Their chicken on the stick got BBQ sauce (red sauce on it) which alot of places don't. Before this spot only seen one that had red sauce on it. Awesome place, needless to say will be stopping there more often!

The food was okay. I ordered the boneless ribs, and it was a bit dry and some pieces were hard. The pork fried rice wasn’t the best. Also, it’s better to order in person or calling in, because any third party ordering (door dash) there is a huge price difference.

I live in south river which is roughly 20 minutes away saw this place on DoorDash and I thought I’d pick it up needless to say this was WORTH THE DRIVE, this is literally one of the best general tsos chicken I’ve ever had, bought some for me and the family. We will definitely be back also the young lady at the front is super friendly and kind.

Ordered House Special Lomein and Beef Chowfun. The House Special Lomein was VERY GOOD, lots of meat, noodles are not soggy and the flavor blends really well. The Beef Chowfun was totally the opposite! It was TASTELESS, not enough meat, was overcooked and VERY MUSHY! I will definitely order food from this place again but not for their Beef Chowfun.

This has been my goto place for Chinese food for years. The food is typical Chinese affair, very tasty and they are very consistent. The delivery fee is $2 and they are pretty fast. Usually get it delivered, but have picked up too, just great people all around.

For twenty years my (now late) wife and I were weekly patrons of a certain Chinese restaurant which went out of business two years ago. In their absence, I tried several other Chinese and Asian-oriented restaurants ... and all came up very short of expectations.Then I discovered China Wok. FINALLY, I HAD FOUND MY REPLACEMENT FOR MY GO-TO CHINESE RESTAURANT OF MANY YEARS!!! The service is great, the food is superb (I even discovered a new go-to dish), and my orders have all been correct!!! I like the place so much that it is now on my "Favorites" phone numbers list. They only get two stars for atmosphere as that it's really not set-up for dine-in. The thrust of the business seems to be take-out ... and that's alright by me.Great job, China Wok!!!

My favorites are: - beef with bean curd - steamed shrimp with mixed veggies - sesame bean curd - garlic wings It's always great to have a take out staple for comfort Chinese food!

Do not go to this place ever again guys. The new management has minors taking orders for food and seriously messed up my order today. I was a loyal customer here for 9 yrs after these many years i finally gave up to this worst place. So much attitude and not owning up to their mistake is the worst thing. This is a winner for takeout. The food is great as is the service. Fun to watch an experienced kitchen staff at work. I'm from California where Chinese (as well as all other Asian food) is second only to Mexican food. China Wok would do very well in CA as well. It looks like they are still working in Covid mode in the dining room not really set up for regular inside dining but that's their choice and it's OK. Plan on takeout anytime and be happy you did.
