I found their menu online and called in the order for pickup. I was shocked when my receipt showed a charge for "non-cash fee". What exactly does that mean? It is not listed as a 'credit card fee'. There is nothing on their website (have the owners actually seen their own website where the header is static on most of the page so you can't really see anything else?), it's not listed on their menu that I picked up while I was there, and I did not see any postings in the establishment. NJ law states that you must post any fees prior to payment being taken. I absolutely will not be returning here and they have lost my future business and recommendation!

If you love getting put on hold for 8+ minutes then spoken to by the rudest teenager who acts like you are kicking their dog by just calling to order food then boy howdy do I have the place for you.
This place has it all: A cheese steak with no cheese Burnt pizza Frozen panzarottis that somehow take 30 minutes for them to cook
But wait, there's more. When you think you've gotten through the hurdles and you finally sit down at home to enjoy your now hard fought food it strikes you. They got your order wrong.

I usually never have anything bad to say about Dannys, but tonight was a disappointment. I ordered a cheesesteak with 'fried peppers and onions', got back home and there were COLD BANANA peppers on it with somewhat fried onions. Definitely a disappointment since I ordered the same thing the week before with no problem. Tried calling, asked for a manager, was put on hold and then hung up on. Called back, rang about 6-7 times with no answer. Just so weird cause everyone is so nice there and I just wanted to make them aware of what happened. Never have I ever had someone put cold banana peppers on my hot cheesesteak 😂 Franklinville location

Had a couple of cheese steaks. Very nice. Ordered Old Bay fries, wish they were tossed and not drowned in it , however I did enjoy them. Ceiling fans made it chilly considering it was a cold night. Date night with hubby.

The quality of their food is always good, which is why I've given multiple chances of going back to Danny's, however- it's their customer service that has lacked on multiple occasions. My experience today was what will stop me from visiting them again. Their pizza boxes have the "collect 16, get a free large pizza" coupon and tonight I decided to cash mine in. I ordered their signature "Danny's Pizza Pizzazz" pie and when I went to redeem my 16 coupons, I was told this applied to plain cheese pizzas and had to pay. I will happily comply with a business policy, but all the coupon said is "free large pizza" and since I'm standing there with 16 coupons- all of which come from your place of business- why am I being denied the large pizza I ordered? I assume those coupons are meant to build customer loyalty but because the loyalty isn't reciprocated, I'll be buying my pizza elsewhere.

Everyone makes mistakes. But this is the second time I have had my delivery go to the wrong address.
Love their specials. The pizzas are always so yummy. Everything is always hot and fresh. Really enjoy the broccoli pizza roll!
