Horrible customer service No wonder why people are giving them bad reviewing 2.7 stars on Google review 1.5 star on yelp Manager and as well as district supervisor both are disgusting I was humiliated in the store By saying I have problem with my order many times Which I never had beside one time they made pasta half full I asked for refund they hand up on me . I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Domino's location. I placed my order in advance to save time, but when I arrived, I was made to wait over an hour. Despite my patience, when I tried to check on my order, I was told I couldn’t come in. When I tried to apologize, the employee at the counter responded with a blatantly offensive and racist remark. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable.

I placed an order yesterday at 8:33 PM for delivery at 9:45 PM. Right after placing the order, I noticed a mistake and called the store within a minute to cancel it so I could reorder correctly. The person who answered claimed the order was already in the oven, which is clearly untrue—how could it be when I called immediately, and it was a future order scheduled for over an hour later?
I asked to speak with the manager and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. When the manager, Jessica, finally got on the line, she was rude from the start. She told me the order couldn’t be canceled because it was over $50 and said I had to cancel it online. I explained that I had already tried canceling online, but the system wouldn’t let me. Her response was dismissive, and she hung up on me.
Since I couldn’t cancel, I decided to accept the incorrect order. However, at 9:46 PM, when the delivery hadn’t arrived, I called to check the status and was told the order had been canceled by the supervisor—without informing me! After refusing to cancel the order earlier, they went ahead and canceled it without even notifying me. When I asked to speak to Jessica again, I was told she was too busy to talk.
This experience was beyond frustrating. Not only was the service unprofessional, but the lack of communication and disregard for the customer was unacceptable. In the end, I had to order from another place late at night. I would not recommend this store.

Healthy, Fast, Hot, most of the organic menu items were still the same price! You can smell the fire from a down the block. New Jersey is certainly raving for a craving and I have to guard this pizza with my life. Feels like I got the space jams or Concords first day. Much respect to the quality care and polite atmosphere. Please order: they rival FRANK PEPE in New Haven, CT.

Horrible customer service. I won’t recommend this place to anyone, and will strongly oppose anybody from going there. I visited today after sometime these two ladies even worst they are not helpful at all.
Terrible experience. Ordered at 11:45 they close at 12 yes a little late of an order but still within their hours. Orders get there over an hour later and the delivery driver (middle aged bald guy) tells me your food is cold because you ordered so late don’t do that again I’m delivering this on my way home we cleaned and shut down the store first. Food was cold and hard and I’m sorry but those are the store hours and if you’d like to close up early please turn off your online ordering or change your hours. Terrible

I ordered a Veg NY Style Pizza with mixed vegetables, but received a pineapple pizza with chicken instead. I called the store twice to resolve the issue, but the store person didn't take my call seriously and even seemed to be laughing. Very disappointing experience, and no one addressed my concern. I'm really unhappy with the service. The delivery person also ran away immediately I asked it's wrong pizza and didn't listen to me.

Worst Dominos ever We asked for marbled cookie brownie, but they gave us a completely random order.The staff were very rude and were hanging up on us constantly as we were trying to reach them.
