I ordered food from the Domino’s at 3201 US-27, Franklin NJ. When I opened the box, it appeared toppings had been removed from my chicken pizza. The food looked tampered with and unsafe to eat. Pizza also very dry not fresh at all . I’ve attached photos. This is unacceptable and a serious food-safety concern. I’m requesting a full refund and for this location to be investigated.

Asked for delivery via the app… 45 mins later called and they said it will be another 15 mins… called another 30 mins later and was told that the food was delivered but I did not receive. I was told there was nothing they could do as the driver reported that it was delivered.

We were extremely disappointed with our order. Despite requesting a well-done pizza, it arrived soft and underwhelming. There was hardly any cheese or sauce, leaving it tasting mostly like plain bread, and the crust was noticeably thinner than usual. This was far below the quality we expected.
The other reviews are insane, but fortunately I have always had the best, most delicious pizza here and hopefully continue to do so.

I just wanna say Teresa the manager is very rude last night I ordered my pizza around 8pm and it took nearly 2hrs to receive it. After watching the driver tracker going miles away in opposite directions kept pushing my delivery times back when I called the store the girl on the orher end said my order was out for delivery with damian when I finally got my pizza it was extremely cold dried out and disgusting looking. The app offers resolutions for complaints they offer 20% on your next order which I’ll never order from here again or a free medium pizza which i dont want either. If i paid for what i ordered i could only imagine what the free pizza would be like. I decided to call next day to speak with management being I was already hot and overstimulated didnt want to talk. So today I call ask for manager (Teresa) shes very nasty like why u aint call back last night I explained why and here we are today presently looking for a better resolution she advises me to go on the app and try to rectify the situation Im like that’s not the result I want. I ask her for the store owner she gives me grief about that tell me to look it up on app myself. So here I am letting you know dont order from here rude ppl long wait times for delivery and nasty cold food !!! Thank you teresa this could of been avoided had you been a better more experienced classy manager!!!!
