Made a small order mistake, called in to fix it right after placing. Got yelled at for making a mistake.
No one is going to feel comfortable eating from a place that yells at them like they’re a child when they make a small order mistake. It’s inappropriate, unprofessional and inhumane.
Edit: Yes this was the Franklin park location. I was shocked and loss my appetite from the treatment.

We ordered catering from Douglass .. we ordered the full lamb, grilled chicken potatoes and rice.. the food was absolutely delicious .. the portions were very generous and the food temperature was perfect . All the ingredients were very fresh and our guests were raving about the food . The owner Mr Hamdy was very professional , personable and very attentive to all the details . I highly recommend Douglass pizza for their delicious pizza and delicious catering service!

Came around 7:20pm. It wasn’t busy at all. Pizza was hot and fresh. I got half pepperoni and half cheese. First time eating here! Yassin was friendly and quick. Pizza is very delicious ! 10/10
