This is the worst dunkin I've ever been too. These people are soooooo rude 😒 I work as a general manager at dunkin, so I know speed of service is important, but damn customer service is more important than anything. They need to fire everyone in this store and hire new people.

A plain bagel lightly toast with plain cream cheese is what I ordered. I solid brick hockey puck that was completely unedible. Is what I was given?And I have good teeth and no problems eating whatsoever. Meny times I've tryed to go never again.

You know when you wake up in the morning and you want a jelly doughnut? And you stop @ DQ They gave me a jelly doughnut minus the jelly wait I think I see a spot. No food coloring

Has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I been in to manager yelling at the staff front of everyone. Waited at least 10 minutes for two coffees and after I left I realized my order is prepared wrong what a shame
Worst experience at a Dunkin. I waited 15 minutes for the 8 people behind the counter figure out the woman’s order in front of me. Then they couldn’t get my order right. Forgot a donut and couldn’t figure out the three ingredients for a coffee with cream and sugar. There was just one car in drive through and the family in front of me and it took 25 minutes and things wrong. Then got nasty with me when I complained about how 8 people can’t get orders done right and fast. Owner should spend more time fixing this crew. Thought it was going to be nice because it looked so new and clean. I was wrong. Stay away……

This is possibly the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. First there are 7 people behind the counter and one is taking orders while one is making coffees and the others are just standing there with a clipboard doing nothing. They messed up on one of our coffees. It was super simple… all we wanted was a hot coffee light and sweet with cream. We literally saw them not put sugar in it, so we asked for sugar and instead of them listening to the customer like you’re supposed to they gave us an attitude and started getting loud with us. We walked out because it’s not worth it but instead the WORKERS kept giving us an attitude as we are walking out. I’ve never had an experience like this with a dunkin it’s pathetic do better and learn some manners. I work as a server and would never treat a customer as such, very bad look for this trashy place.

The brunette girl employee working this afternoon that was working the drive through was flat out rude, not at friendly, and didnt listen to me when taking my order. I had asked for extra cream in my coffee-it was very dark and tasted burnt. Idk if it's a bunch of new people or what but was not a good experience by any means.
