I stop here EVERY morning and can I tell you something..I work in retail and Amr is sooo nice..These days people do not realize how just being nice to someone can change your day..Its not just a job to some people and I want to just say thank you for being so nice every day before I start work...?
I don't know if was just too early or short staff but I stood at the counter and waited about 2-3 minutes without a hello, good morning please hold a sec I be I'll be with you shortly. Even when I said hello and good morning, no response. Like I said, maybe just not a great morning, but first impressions go a long way.
They gave me a hot coffee when I ordered an Iced. Not only did they give me the hot coffee for free..they gave me My Iced and hashbrowns for free..even after I assured them I was OK with the hot coffee! All with a smile!
