The girl that was doing the Drive thru service today is super rude made it seem like she was mostly annoyed to take for my order . More worried about her time than actually serving her customers. Her attitude made me lose interest placing my order I ended up leaving.

Please, get the online order right. It has been happening almost all the time, and today was the worst. I can't take too much sweet, so I always edit my order out to be just a one pump of flavor, but it is always much sweeter. Today was coffee was not drinkable. It was too much syrup. Please train your associates.

Clean and not crowded branch with drive-through option. Love the counter with the items displayed in front of the customers and not behind the barista so everyone, especially small kids, can see the variety of treats and choose better.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and jelly and they gave me what I’d like to call a joke. Almost $5 for this? LOL what is thissssss
Their food is not great. The donuts are always stale. I ordered snackin bacon and it was cold. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich not toasted so they handed me a room temperature sandwich with a fresh slice of cheese that wasn’t even slightly melted. I recommend going to the location off Easton Avenue the food is way better there.

Any time I get a drink of food from here it's fine but today I had to write a review because the girl who helped me was extremely rude. I said good morning and thank you and got not a word in return. She handed me my items and walked away from the window. Even when I pulled up to the drive thru there was no good morning or welcome to dunkin, just a how can I help you and a pull up. I've worked in customer service before and she was just rude.

The Donuts were good, but workers were terrible. We walked in with no customers and took a few minutes to even be acknowledged. They had no Donuts out, all on a rack pushed against the side wall. We asked to see their options. No one made a move to show us for a few minutes so we asked again. Got showed at that point and chose our Donuts. Workers just seemed so confused and lazy.

This was most of the best Dunkin I see in the past 20 years. I must say that the service , the display , the selection and the style and the store overall is just amazing . All the dunkin should follow this one . The crew are young but very professional. Good job to all .
