I like my bagel not toasted because they use old bagels. Even though I asked if the bagel was fresh I was told yes. Two occasions back to back they served me old bagels with cream cheese. Do not recommend. This place was the only place kept their bagels perfect without toasting but it is gone now. Will not come here 30 minutes to get my breakfast.

Order a chicken & pepper wrap through the drive thru had to pull aside and wait which wasn't a big deal but once I got to work and went to eat the wrap look like something was thrown together ends was burnt and then it wasn't even cook good was cold on the inside and it tasted horrible.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location in Somerset, NJ. I visited on Wednesday around 9:30–10 AM, and the employee working the drive-thru was extremely rude from start to finish.
When I tried to place my order, he rushed me and seemed annoyed that I needed a moment. When I got to the window, I asked to add my Dunkin’ rewards, but he told me he had already scanned the payment and made no effort to help fix it.
To make matters worse, when he handed me my order, I politely asked for ketchup. Instead of simply giving it to me, he told me I “should look in the bag first before asking.” His tone and attitude were completely uncalled for and made me feel very upset and uncomfortable.
Customer service like this is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior because no customer should be treated this way.

As a hijabi Muslims they hid bacon pieces in my cream cheese and bagel, the lady at the front was sweet she was compliant but I went on Tuesday at 10:56 and the man who made it has a bun and thre the bagel at us I am so glad I checked cause I usually dont check before eating but he gave me the reason to. So to the person who did it God Bless you 😘 mwah khara

Be sure to check your cup before you drive away. I was given a cold brew with a hole in the cup that spilled all over the inside of my car. The girl at the drive thru must’ve known there was a hole because she gave me extra napkins with my drinks. Thanks Dunks for the new coffee stains in my car!!

The girl that was doing the Drive thru service today is super rude made it seem like she was mostly annoyed to take for my order . More worried about her time than actually serving her customers. Her attitude made me lose interest placing my order I ended up leaving.

Please, get the online order right. It has been happening almost all the time, and today was the worst. I can't take too much sweet, so I always edit my order out to be just a one pump of flavor, but it is always much sweeter. Today was coffee was not drinkable. It was too much syrup. Please train your associates.

Clean and not crowded branch with drive-through option. Love the counter with the items displayed in front of the customers and not behind the barista so everyone, especially small kids, can see the variety of treats and choose better.
