I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ location for over three years, and my experience has consistently been excellent. My order is always prepared quickly, and the taste is very consistent. Even when I order ahead and arrive within 2–3 minutes, my order is usually ready. Time is a huge factor in my daily routine, and this location has never wasted my time. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. In the three years I’ve been coming here, there was only one instance when my coffee didn’t taste right. I returned a few hours later, and the staff was extremely apologetic and happily replaced it with a fresh cup.

I came here for a drink and was hoping for some treats as well. I asked for the guy who took my orders’ name, all i can say for now is farsin please be a bit more patient with your customers. The place wasn’t busy yet he had a rude demeanor. Won’t be coming back.

I’ve been coming to this location for months since starting my first salary job nearby. I may not remember all of their names but I always recognize their faces. These people have always been the highlight of my day, have always made my cold brew perfectly, and have made me feel so cherished when they remember my order or smile at me. I cannot describe how happy and grateful I am to have a team of people who always make my day just a little more positive even when I’m dreading going to work or going through bad times. Thank you team for making this girl feel so special, I love you guys!
Working in the area and noticed this Dunkin' so stopped in. Really appreciated Moe making a fresh pot of decaf for me; a lot of times when I order decaf it definitely tastes like its been sitting for a while. Also, first time in a while I've had a donut that actually was fresh! Every other Dunkin' it seems like they are sitting out for a long time but this one was great.
The employees don't care about the customer or the business. They mess up your order and get an attitude because you won't just accept what they give you and leave. They almost gave me someone else's order trying to rush me out. All because I want all the ingredients I ordered and not just 1 that they felt like giving me. This location is consistently bad.

I know this Dunkin may look small, but if you ever come in and have Moe taking care of you, you will be sure to leave with a BIG smile. I’ve been to other Dunkin’s off Easton and for absolutely no reason employees project their bad days onto their customers. I just wanted to acknowledge that workers and people like Moe, who greet customers, are patient with your order and simply smile, do exist in customer service. Come leave him a tip. He makes the best Iced Coffee Butter Pecan!
