The staff here is disappointing. They have zero customer service skills and foster an unwelcoming atmosphere for certain customers. Went there today, placed order using their kiosk as to not bother their disengaged staff. Waited 10 minutes while they served other customers before asking how much longer for my order. Was advised by cashier that my order was over there as she pointed to the area where people pick up food orders. Went there as the employee working that area just stared at his phone. Proceeded back to the cashier and asked if kiosk orders went to another queue? She then asked for my name, I gave it to her. She looked up my order and insinuated that I had already picked it up. I then told her I’ve been standing here waiting and then she proceeded to make the order. Unless you’re a regular, I would not recommend going to this location.

The past few months, maybe even the past year, the quality and service of this Dunkin has gone so down. Majority of the time the coffee tastes old and today was the icing on the cake, the milk is definitely bad in my coffee and I didn’t realize until after I drove off, so what a waste of money because I don’t have time to turn around. Also the service has become much slower.
