I believe it's my first review for Dunkin. I spent 30 min for waiting my order- dunkin wrap. They gave me wrong item. They need better management and more people to work there.

Why offer curbside and charge $.54 extra to bring it to my car if you just leave it on a counter. This is by far the worst Dunkin in the area. I’ll go to Veronica Ave from now on.

The past few months, maybe even the past year, the quality and service of this Dunkin has gone so down. Majority of the time the coffee tastes old and today was the icing on the cake, the milk is definitely bad in my coffee and I didn’t realize until after I drove off, so what a waste of money because I don’t have time to turn around. Also the service has become much slower.
Great place. Order on the app and within 5 min your order is ready. I usually order ahead at lunch and in and out in 5min

This is the worst DD I’ve ever been to. Every time I go there it’s more disappointing and this is my last time and I caution everyone. I ordered just two bagels and had to wait more than 20min and even after that I had to talk to the guy and show my order to get it started. They rushed and the quality of the food was terrible. There were about 10 people and no one knew what they were doing. This is one of the worst DDs out there. Don’t go!!! 0 stars.
