This is my new fave Dunkin. They are always nice , they have the screen to order and my coffee taste good . Omg let me not forget to mention they had super fresh donuts ?

I’m sorry I will NO LONGER come to this Dunkin’ Donuts at THIS location. No reason I’m paying $5.10 for a MEDIUM coffee and the Dunkin’ Donuts on US-1 next to comfort suites is 3.87 !!! TOTAL RIP OFFS! Don’t do business here

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel and they give me this. I don't usually make bad reviews because I don't blame the store I blame the subpar inadequate workers who work at dunkin donuts and still fail to do their job correctly.

When I ask for and pay for a Bacon, Egg & Cheese. I expect an even, fair and logical amount of BACON, EGG & CHEESE. I shouldn't be paying nearly $6 bucks to get the most weirdest and smallest bacon crumble on my sandwich, I was served basically an Egg & Cheese which doesn't taste the best.Next time I want breakfast I'll just go across the street to Wawa, which is a GAS STATION by the way and get a better breakfast for the same amount of money and time.

I always use the mobile app and I can't tell you the last time I ordered a donut or munchkins and they actually had any in stock. How can Dunkin DONUTS never have donuts???!!!! And it's not even like they close soon. I usually order between 4 or 6:00 and all they have is coffee

I have to say this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Extremely slow service, rude people working at the counter, never get orders right. Today I was there and ordered hash browns. 15 minutes later I was still standing there as were all of the other customers while the 2 people working were counting the money in the tip jar and restocking cups instead of helping customers. Two other customers along with myself just asked for our money back and walked out. Will never return to this location. What a shame !

For the most part, the service is good. They changed the inside of the place and it looks gorgeous. Wonderful upgrade. However, my problem is when they have a lot of new employees who are in charge of making the food; burn up the food even though they are told exactly how you want it done. Because this place is so close to where I am, It is my go to location, but I could do without having to eat burnt food. This normally doesn't happen, but it does happen more than it should. I completely understand when it's busy and you have to make a lot of food at once but you still shouldn't burn the food, and if you do, you should make another one without complaining. No one wants to eat or pay for burnt food. Just pay attention and stop talking back there until after the food is done and looks right.

You might as well go to Starbucks for these prices. This is BY FAR the most expensive Dunkin I have ever been to. Same with the Dunkin on Rt. 1 near Finnegan's Ln. They also will fill your coffee with 75% milk/cream and a few sips of coffee.

One of the drawbacks of this restaurant is the very slow service. Unless you order through the app, you will have to wait a long time to get your food. This can be frustrating and inconvenient, especially if you are hungry or in a hurry. The staff seems to prioritize the app orders over the walk-in customers, which is unfair and inefficient.
