My reward Cleary said hot coffee or tea.
What's the point of reward if I can't get it.

I come to this Dunkin Donuts at least twice a week , however when I came today the store owner was very nasty to the 2 young black lady’s because of another young lady’s mistake , he mentioned to the black girls that “ if your not going to follow the rules you won’t be working here Anymore” which is unacceptable due to them working hard while the other lady made several mistakes.I wouldn’t recommend working at this location due to my experience today

I come here all the time and I brought my dog in and she’s the service dog and the black lady that’s tall that does the evening shift told me I can’t bring my dog in there. She is very nasty if she wants to start something come to my face and say something cuz u can’t tell me no and I know Franklin Police Department really well

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’d have to say over the past few months the staff that they have hired has completely changed. The new employees are rude they don’t even say hello sometimes when you get to the window they just stare at you. Today I received nothing but attitude for receiving the complete wrong order…. Overall I’ll be sure to never give this location another penny of mine.

Jessel? idk. whoever was there had the nastiest attitude and could’ve at least made the drinks good. but no they were terrible just like the attitudes. do better & find friendly staff when working with people ?

LOVE LOVE the 24/7 service!!!!! Every morning I wake up at 2:30am and drive straight here for coffee. I also come here strait after work at 11pm. I do not get much sleep;.... means the coffee is working..... n

I come here quiet often. the workers are always so nice and make wonderful food and drinks. The manager with the big eyelashes tho on the other hand was absolutely ridiculously rude to her workers. Yelling at them in front of customers about what their doing wrong and making them “get out of the way” and all the workers are looking at me while im watching her do this. Those workers dont deserve to be yelled at
