very weird that the lock for the bathroom is only on the women's room. they don't lock the men's room. gotta ask for a key for women's room but not for men's. very very weird, so much less points for this Dunkin

The woman who took my order was on her phone the whole time. She got my order wrong because she was more focus on her phone. She had to charged me extra because she didn’t hear what I said and got my whole order wrong. She didn’t even apologize she only asked if I still wanted the order that she forgot to put in and continue talked being on the phone calling someone. I was disgusted that she was holding her phone talking to someone while making my food. The food ending up being stale. I am never coming back ever again.

Maybe one of the worst locations I ever been! Up charge almost .50 more than every location . They have promotions that they choose what kind of meat they want to give you. They have no answers to any questions and always say google the cooperation number if you want to complain !

Honestly, I have never had worst experience anywhere. It's a great place but the employees are genuinely so rude & unprofessional. We were very polite the entire time despite the horrible behavior from them, & I would get over the fact that we got treated so harshly but our order was also not good & just made poorly. Safe to say I would never return but if you can, just avoid this Dunkin.

The quality was not upto the mark compared to other branches. Being it only branch near to me had to walk in all time assuming that something will change. Something is wrong in this branch alone. ?
