I bought something from the store and asked for a bathroom key. The lady at the register said no. I then ask her why then she just looks at me in confusion. I don’t understand why have a bathroom if your customers can’t use it. Food I received was stale aswell never coming back👎

Maybe one of the worst locations I ever been! Up charge almost .50 more than every location . They have promotions that they choose what kind of meat they want to give you. They have no answers to any questions and always say google the cooperation number if you want to complain !

Honestly, I have never had worst experience anywhere. It's a great place but the employees are genuinely so rude & unprofessional. We were very polite the entire time despite the horrible behavior from them, & I would get over the fact that we got treated so harshly but our order was also not good & just made poorly. Safe to say I would never return but if you can, just avoid this Dunkin.

Rude staff they do not pay attention to the orders, and Hot coffee and caramel latte tasted worse. All I had to do it take my order taste it and throw it in bin. The quality was not upto the mark compared to other branches. Being it only branch near to me had to walk in all time assuming that something will change. Something is wrong in this branch alone. ?

It’s Friday I go in to get a coffee with Splenda/light and I am asking for 2 extra Splendas and the younger Spanish worker didn’t give me anything after I asked 3 times and when the caucasian man asked she gave him a hand full of sugar, now I am feeling some kind of way, so I am never going back again so I am her why she did it you know she lied she didn’t hear me.
