It’s Friday I go in to get a coffee with Splenda/light and I am asking for 2 extra Splendas and the younger Spanish worker didn’t give me anything after I asked 3 times and when the caucasian man asked she gave him a hand full of sugar, now I am feeling some kind of way, so I am never going back again so I am her why she did it you know she lied she didn’t hear me. I am right in her face.???? ? Hamilton Street Somerset NJ 08873 if you don’t want to serve people of color please find another Job…………and then you lied why???

The number doesn’t work you can’t order specialty lattes off door dash. Trying to order a caramel craze iced latte but I have to tell them the ingredients myself can’t pick “caramel craze” can’t specify on the app anywhere and I couldn’t call the store ahead of time to tell them!! The driver tried to tell them she said “I already made it and the bag is closed .” Then door dash support keeps re ordering the wrong drink!!!!!! Get a working phone and update the door dash app !!!!!!!

Barista did not seem to have any training. Was struggling to make a iced coffee with a flavor shot. Seems like a important position to be sure is well trained in a coffee shop.

Terrible service. I ordered a medium hot coffee and it took 15 minutes to get my order. When I asked what is taking so long the lady there looked at me as though they forgot the order. Place seems disarray. This place needs to be shut down or needs to be under new management. Never going here again.

Drive up to place the order and the individual working that transaction just utilized it in an unprofessional way. It was rude I was just trying to place my order and then there was no manager present available to call voice-mail full. Still no service.
