Shout out to Deja! During my early morning visit yesterday I dropped my money at the take out window. Without hesitation she ran out to retrieve my $10 bill that had fallen on the ground by the back wheel of my car. Service with a smile! Thank you Deja!
It was okay at best! Was not greeted. No one was smiling.
They want you to tip them..hence why they stick the pay monitor out the window to you. 1. You will not get a tip from me. NEVER paid a dunkin employee a tip and I refuse to now.
2. Your employees need to know thier getting paid to hand coffee out a window...they do not make 2.55 like an waitress does. Hence NO TIP.
3. If you need extra money that bad. GET A SECOND JOB!
