If this could have 0 stars I would put it.. Called in just to place a simple order and asked if they could do something and got the rudest response (Yea i don't know where you got that from ) with the snarkiest tone how about a simply unfortunately we can't do that or sorry we dint have it on our menu. Not the first time I've called and got a rude response before I thought he was having a bad day clearly he isn't happy with his life and should work elsewhere. This place has gone so far down hill

Avoid this place. Overpriced, low quality, and very rude when I called and asked to fix the problem. I ordered two subs with just veggies and cheese (because we don’t eat meat) and when I got home and opened them, they’re all bread (and the bread is stale). They didn’t include all the veggies I asked for as well. When I called, the owner offered to remake them if I brought all the food back, but when I asked to leave a piece of food so my kids can eat (30 minute drive round trip), I was told no. He doesn’t seem to understand how to speak respectfully to women. I went here because we love Firehouse Bagels in Branchville but it’s closed. These are not the same people. Also, as I waited for my food, I watched almost everyone have to get their orders or food corrected. Go to any other bagel place around here and I guarantee it will be better.

I usually order alot but now im livid ! My grandson 4 eats bologna plain with his hand .. we ordered a half pound and gave him some on a plate .. 2 minutes later he is gagging.. he was able to cough up the clear wrap that goes around the bologna.. who the hell doesn't cut it off and what company (not their fault) makes it clear ?????????? Seriously this could have ended badly !!! Now we know to investigate before serving .. people who work there need to be a Lil more vigilant on removing plastic wrappers off their product..if something happened to him I'd be wearing orange..I called the woman sounded like she couldn't be bothered..a man got on and said he was sorry

I know this place has been around for a bit but it has just recently become my new favorite bagel place. The bagels are super soft and I have not had one flavor that I did not like yet. My favorite is the fire bagel. Super friendly staff and a great atmosphere. If you're looking for a great bagel please stop in and enjoy.
