The filet and crab cake were some of the best I have ever eaten! We are looking forward to our return trip!
Love the Franklinville Inn. Eat here a dfew times a year. Never miss an Anniversary at Franklinville Inn. Every year for the past 20 years it our place.
We were a party of 4 with a 5:45 pm reservation. Arrived a few minutes early and were greeted immediately and seated within 5 minutes. Anneisha was our server and she was wonderful, attentive and happy to be serving us. The food was delicious, served with precise timing and made our dining experience such a pleasure. We each agreed that this is the place to dine!
We always have a great meal here with fantastic service. We have asked for Kristen or Amanda as our servers and both are wonderful!! Our host Hailey Sims is also very personable and does a great job. Franklinville Inn never disappoints.
We had an excellent experience here. It was our son's birthday and they greeted him as soon as we stepped in the door with a "Happy Birthday." Our waitress was excellent. The food was some of the best we've ever had and was very hot and came our quickly. We will be back.
We went for dinner to celebrate a birthday. She had the filet, baked potato, asparagus, and a Caesars salad. I had the surf and turf (filet & lobster tail), mashed sweet potato, and house salad. For dessert, rice pudding, and tiramisu with coffee. Everything was excellent, including the fresh baked bread. The service by Victoria was outstanding! The Franklinville Inn is rated as one of the Top 100 restaurants in America for a reason. I have never had a bad meal here. I would highly recommend The Franklinville Inn!
I think our waitress was a little overwhelmed with training a new employee, but service was definitely on the slower side
We had a very good dinner filet tips. Good drinks and appetizer I was surprised with service not fault of our waitress but I think more staff should be hrlping out. Wait for water refill. Baked potato ice cold not b/c of sour cream. Actual potato on both of our dinners. Of course that was taken care of however,we were at end meal when we received it. It was good I was just a little disappointed as in the past you always had excellent service.
Reservation was on time. Service was great. Everyome liked their food and we had many leftovers!
Had a lovely server ,Victoria, who was spot on! perfection, food delicious, quite a full house but it was a Friday. We will see you soon.

A hidden gem. Tried the Franklinville for the first time shortly after we moved to Williamstown 2.5 years ago. We were blown away. Consistently excellent in every aspect of your dining experience. A must do on your dining circuit
We love dining at Franklinville Inn! We have celebrated many special occasions there and usually arrive early to grab a drink in the lounge first. Service is impeccable and the food is always outstanding!
