We have been to this restaurant numerous times. This is our first thought for any family celebrations or birthdays… UNTIL tonight. We will NOT be back! The way the “manager Tim” spoke to me tonight was horrible and his professionalism was obsolete. If you do not want to be spoken down too in a condescending manner stay away….My moms birthday dinner was completely ruined. Thanks chef Tim!

Franklinville Inn is a great dinner place for atmosphere with spot on service and fabulous food. They never disappoint. This staff is so properly polite. I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates a great meal for a great value. Our server Kristen was amazing. We had a party of six for dinner and she did a phenomenal job.

Very good as usual. This is our favorite local restaurant .. have been going there for years ! Steaks are always phenomenal and the crab appetizer is so good . Also the crab cakes !!

I for the first time, the last time I went ordered the crab cakes with tartar sauce and mashed sweet potatoes. I always get a steak. I cannot rave enough. I went last night bc I love a good steak but wanted crab cakes too so I ordered the filet w/a crab cake. It is now my new fave. It's our favorite restaurant. I wish the price was just alittle lower, but it was perfection. Mashed sweet potatoes, yum and the Caesar salad amazing, especially the homemade croutons , to die for

This was our first time there and we enjoyed everything from our drinks to our salad to our soup to our main course. The prime rib was excellent. Service couldn't have been better.

The food was phenomenal, especially the chef's cream of beef soup and the crab au gratin. Our server, Adeline, was equally as wonderful and enhanced our evening with her personality and timely service.

Franklinville Inn never disappoints. The food, staff and bar waiters were exceptional. Slava, was very personable and attentive. It was my daughter's birthday and they dressed up the desert she ordered with a festive candle which I did not ask them to do. It was fabulous!!

We had the crab bisque as an appetizer; it was very good. Also had the whipped ricotta w/sundried tomatoes. For diner we had the salad with a sundried vinaigrette which was okay but net setting the world on fire. Diner was a delicious 20oz prime rib. Cooked perfect and the flavor was great. The ice tea I personally would not recommend has a very weird after taste. Our server Stava was wonderful.

First time here and it was delicious! The warm bread and BUTTER were delicious as was the warm apple pie for dessert. The short rib orzo soup and prime rib were stellar. Will definitely return.

First time here and it did not disappoint in regards to food and service. Unfortunately for us, we had a table of two next to us in the room and the woman spoke so loudly it took away from the experience. I could literally tell you everything she said as that's how loud she was. Her male guest spoke but you couldn't hear him at all . They were served their dinner as we sat down but only left about 10 min before we did which was unfortunate. The bread and butter were delicious! Yes the butter!! The short rib with orzo soup was as delicious as it sounded. Prime rib was massive and yummy! Apple pie was served warm with delicious vanilla ice cream. Will definitely return and pray that the experience is better in regards to thr other patrons. The server was very sweey and attentive... Believe it was Caitlyn. Highly recommend!
