I am not quite sure why this restaurant receives all of the stars that it does for its food. I had the Filet Oscar, it was cut like a hanger steak would be and placed over asparagus with lumps of crabs from a can....definitely not what I was expecting. The meat looked more like roast beef than anything and it definitely was not medium. It also just was not anything to write home about. In addition, I do not recall it stating that the steak came with asparagus, so I ordered a side of asparagus, which was $10. When the steak came out with the side order, I looked at the waitress and commented that I would not have ordered a side if I knew it came with the steak...she smiled, apologized, and did not take it away or remove it from the check. I love Tiramisu, so I ordered for dessert...but I should have KNOWN that this would NOT be good because it noted in the description of the dessert the use of POUND CAKE....and that's exactly what I got...a pound cake with tiramisu like flavor that was NOT tiramisu. The bartender was nice, the server was nice....but apart from that...I will not be back.

We had a really great time here! The service, food and atmosphere were just right! All the food and drinks we got were super impressive and our servers attention to detail and our needs were over the top. We had to book well ahead of time but it was worth it's weight in gold!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Best Boneless NY Strip I might have ever had BUT you if they offer you the Short rib Chefs soup only order that. It'll change your life and you'll want the whole pot.

Food was excellent as usual. Crab cakes are always awesome. The ribs were so tender they fall off the bone. Filet was cooked to perfection and able to be cut with a butter knife. Cesar salad and baked stuffed potatoes are our favorite sides. Even the warm bread is delicious. We celebrated a Birthday with crème brûlée that was outstanding! Our waiter Joseph was fantastic! This is why we return for everyone in our household's birthdays year after year!

the food was great (we had crab cakes and chicken marsala) and the dessert (key lime pie) also hit the mark ! No complains from either of us. It was our first time at the Franklinville Inn and I definitely would recommend it for others.

I've had better steaks at outback and longhorn. Definitely a disappointment from what Ive read i don't understand the great reviews . My wife's dinner was just ok. Definitely better places out there for the same money .

It was our 1st time there and our server Gabriella was so helpful with her recommendations. Hands down the best food ever! We are already planning our next trip back. The portions are huge!!

The best service you can ever get! Everything's always perfect from the way you're greeted at the door to the delicious food and your exit. You won't find this type of hospitality at other restaurants.

Reservations were honored & we snagged a booth on the middle level. Food was "ok", nothing to show a chef's talent. Very basic menu items, which included a soup or salad, and a side, so pricing was on point. The wait staff button (turn it over to get wait staff's attention), failed miserably. Too long of a wait for service throughout the meal. Trash that process and just have your staff pay better attention. It's not that difficult. Wedge and crab cakes were excellent, but the NY strip was over salted (I'm a chef), and not trimmed up enough. We won't be returning, but thanks.

This round was a better experience than a few of our pasts. The crab cakes were seasoned perfectly and there was absolutely no filler, Just straight crab meat. Teriyaki char tips were tender and had a sweet and savory flavor. The waitress was quick and attentive. The mood was comfortable and relaxing. You pay for what you get, but it's worth a visit

First time here. Absolutely incredible. Service was EXCELLENT. This is an upscale, five star restaurant that didn't feel uppidy or stuffy at all. The food was really good...the crab cake had huge lumps of meat with barely any filler. We were unrushed, the food was paced, and we thoroughly enjoyed the visit. I would not hesitate recommending this restaurant.

We live over an hour away, so we don't get there as often as we'd like. BUT when we want crab cakes, there's no place else to go. Everything from start to finish is seamless and very attentive. Our server, Daniella was fabulous.
