Went to get food for my family and had a coupon and I didn’t know you had to tell them before hand you have one and when I went to drive thru and gave them my card with coupon they took both and charged me full normal amount without the coupon and basically said it’s my fault for not saying anything and made a whole big deal about giving me a refund for the correct amount and this was coming from the manger saying that to me etc
Order online at this location and got my order wrong and didn’t follow the instructions plus I paid for extra sauce which I didn’t even get one sauce and for $.30 is ridiculous . Only good thing about this whole experience is the food was hot and the drink was cold

Do not order online from these guys. I’ve ordered twice from them and they do not make orders right. Asked for lettuce and multiple condiments and got none of it both times. Laziness at its finest!

Wanted to grab a quick breakfast. Came here to this BK. Food can’t complaint about it. Everything was good. I liked the iced vanilla coffee something I don’t usually do. But the service wasn’t even close. Had to wait at least 20 mins for someone to take my order. I know I should have left but BK is one of my go to quick places and this one didn’t turn out like that.

This place sucks I will never go here again the best burger is on Livingston Ave in New Brunswick. I got chicken sandwich and it was terrible my bread was hard and stale the chicken wasn’t fresh the fries were cold never again
Finally, a burger done right! We are vegetarian so impossible whopper is what we get here , we had many instructions to go with our order and everything turned out perfect! So much that we went back and got another one :) Kudos to the young boy who seemed like a manager of the centre, he sounded very respectful and courteous when he took our order with much patience as we were explaining how we wanted our burger. He even checked on us again as we were walking towards to trash if everything was OK. Overall very good experience. We drove 25mins coz they had good reviews and it was worth it!
