Ordered in the app. I paid extra for a component, but the store didn’t have it. I waited for 5+ minutes for the issue to be resolved, but the manager just came out, took our order back, and told us to refund our order in the app. Both the staff and manager were rude and unhelpful.

"I made an order at this restaurant, where I have been a long-time customer. Unfortunately, today's experience was disappointing. My friend encountered difficulties with her order and did not receive all the food she had ordered. The employee's behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unappreciated. It is concerning that the mid-shift manager, who is a Spanish-speaking employee with limited English proficiency, prioritized his own convenience over customer satisfaction. This experience has led me to reconsider my patronage of this establishment. Management should address these issues promptly to prevent further customer dissatisfaction."

Great Burger King spot to get food. There was a mixup with my orders towards closing time and they handled the issue no problem. Great staff with no hesitation to assist me. Really appreciate this type of environment and this Burger King is the best one I’ve been too in a while. Thanks to the manager who I think he was and provided the best service.

The last 4 times that I've ordered from here with Uber Eats, something has been wrong with my order. Something missing, incorrect sandwich or food was cold. RIDICULOUS ? I tried to give them a few chances. Never ordering delivery from there again.
