Food: We ordered two root beer floats... There was barely any ice cream, the root beer was flat .. AND tasted like diet soda, who puts diet soda in a root beer float...!!? Service: the workers were very unfriendly seem to be in quite a hurry to close up shop, did not even want to take our order and it was 45 minutes before closing time :( Ambiance: The trash cans were directly next to the only picnic table to sit at. To top things off, it was very pricey... Needless to say we wholeheartedly do not recommend this little ice cream shop, we were very excited to get in on a hot summer evening, terribly disappointed. And that's the scoop!

Great ice cream, great service. There was a very rude customer complaining about whipped cream and the staff was very professional and attempted every possible thing to appease her. The staff reported she goes there every night and complains about everything and yet I witnessed the staff still being incredibly polite to her. I would have told the lady to put the whipped cream where the sun doesn’t shine. Having the patience for customers like that elevates this establishment in my book and I highly recommend Here’s the Scoop for both its professional staff and its high quality ice cream.

We had the best dusty road sundaes ever. The most amazing thing was the owner had just finished cleaning the machines and getting ready to leave at 1 pm. I didn’t realize they opened at 2:30 pm until May 1. She was gracious enough to serve us before she left to get changed. I just can’t say enough about her accommodating my 90 year old mom and me.

We waited outside by the window for 5 minutes while 4 ladies were inside the ice cream place ignoring us. I knocked at the window and they kept ignoring us. I knocked the second time and finally a lady looked at the window and said we are closed. Why didn't you let us know when we got there you were closed instead of ignoring us for 5 min?..and why you have a sign saying OPEN. SOO RUDE

Very nice place n the food is good love the selection of ice cream the Easter Bunny was here and there was a very nice volume of people with their kids...all in all it was a very nice turn out the staff is awesome...love this place

To the person GDG ,who gave us the bad review …we are so sorry that you had a bad experience we were closed and it was pouring rain we had all the machines off and I don’t believe we remembered to turn the open sign off which I am sorry about ,but we did not ignore you and would have told you we were closed had we seen you so i apologize for that we would never ignore a customer at our window . We would love to make it up to you if you will allow us to . Stop in for another visit and ask for Jodi.Thanks
