I stopped by this bakery this afternoon and bought a few pastries, but they were very disappointing. They tasted stale and dry, despite looking fresh. When I called to report this, the person I spoke with refused to acknowledge any issue and said I should instead say I didn’t like the taste due to my personal preferences. I also mentioned that the whipped cream looked pale and stale, but he claimed it was due to the lighting. Overall, the response was dismissive and unprofessional.

Really good pastries it’s so nice and soft. Their new rum cakes are really good honestly. I would reccomend anyone to try it out. Align with their Christmas special cakes

What is this place selling. I bought pastries and they were dry to the extent that when I took one out of the box, the bottom layer fell out. They were totally dry and tasted like plastic. This place has doubled the price, may be that's why the food is not selling. I don't know, but i know that my stomach didn't feel good for a day after eating a pastry. I should thrown them instaed of eating. That is on me.

Absolutely defensive guy at the counter. Rude when asked a question. I really did not understand what was all that attitude about. There are so many different ways of politely constructing a response. No complains with cake and/or pastries.

Ordered cake from here . Cake tasted bad and extremely stale with a weird spoiled taste. I thought of going back but was busy with the function and was not able to go back. But I’m not sure if they would have entertained the return and given a refund. Never buying here again.

According to hot bread they seeve veg puff and working people rate keep chainging. . they microwave rhe veg puff and asking. They don't have and say you take and doit home.

Really bad experience - had stale foods and the owner’s attitude is bad as well. Ended up with food poisoning. Never going to this place again. Edison branch is 1000 times better.

Ordered fruit cake for my wife’s birthday and that cake turned to be smelling so bad n when we took a bite it was feeling somewhat acidic smell. I went back to return and the person Mr. Naidu did not agreed even after smelling n tasting a bit of that cake. I want to get the refund but he gave me a coupon so I can use it again when I go to their shop. I recorded the complete conversation and thinking of reporting.

Been going there for a many many years mostly for the pastries. However, in last 2-3 years the prices have significantly gone up - from less than $2.00 a piece to $4.50 a piece. Also, we noticed the pastries have gone little bad and had weird taste to it.
